Gary was so nice and kind! The place was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty with a lot of options.
The bathtub/shower was the only thing lacking in this place. The jets didn't look very clean and the shower wasn't great.

It was perfectly located in a neighborhood of vintage homes.
Garry, the host, provided excellent breakfasts, snacks, drinks, homemade cookies, and books, movies and dvds.
He also had explicit instructions on how to get local channels on the TV. (we have stayed in B&Bs where we could not figure it out). Nice nightlight in the bathroom and more than enough towels.
Stairs were steep. No lighted mirror in bathroom and mirror over sink was too high.
