Would’ve been a 10 if my room wasn’t freezing.

Clean, great breakfast and nice rooms.

My room had no heat and no one came to fix it or at least give me another room. We couldn’t take a shower because it was too cold.

Everybody was friendly, I had an extremely important meeting and everyone left me alone while I had it. It was awesome. Comfortable but loved it.

Location was perfect for everything we had wanted to do.

I hadn’t realized the pool was going to be closed. Breakfast was out of a lot of things , no flavor all seemed microwaved. Waffles were delicious

Location was convient

Loud noises from outside like slamming door and voices late at night. No place for items in room or bathroom. Outdated and unattractive decor.

Nice place for the money

Nice clean place to rest your head after a long day driving. Did not have their breakfast, so can not comment about that. Was passing through, so got up early. I would book there again if passing through.

The location

Advertise a pool. Looks on google maps looks like it been closed for months maybe year. Toilet was not secured to the floor properly. Molding around the tub and AC unit was coming off. Bed and pillows were hard. The breakfast was not eatable!

Location was clean and around many places to eat and shop.

The floor board in my bathroom were not correctly glued down they were sticking to my feet as I was doing my facial routine. I was unable to control the A/C and heat because the unit wouldn’t allow me to adjust it I even tried shutting it off and no luck.

Love the room and the size for the price

We did not like the people loitering outside and sitting on my car and being rude. They were hotel guest too, and I asked them to move. They returned right back to sitting on my car and I did not like the location

Uncomfortable

The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The pool was nice. I also like the new scented body wash and soaps. The brown sugar and fig scent smells really good.👍🏽

I've been here several times now, and normally my boyfriend and I always have a good experience. However, that wasn't the case this time. I don't know what was going on but the whole 5th floor was being super loud! Everybody was slamming doors for some reason! And we felt like we couldn't really complain, cuz it wasn't just one room in particular. There was also loud laughing and clapping noises. This started around 11:00 p.m. and was still going on in the morning. We barely slept.😐

Very nice stay and nicely operated hotel!

The hotel was close to my destination and conveniently located off the expressway. Quiet location.

Everything was above average. There was a condensation leak in my room. I reported to staff right away. The offered a new room, but I decided I was too tired to change rooms. They supplied me with towels to help soak the water from the carpet. It ded not interfere with my stay. Staff was very helpful.

Satisfied

The facilities were decent for the price and room was spacious. We had a suite style room which was great for traveling with 4 little ones. The staff was always friendly and helpful when needed. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

This is the one thing that bugged me the most: The smell of smoke all around and even in our room when we first arrived. The hallway always smelled of smoke.

Had a great Time..

The workers were very polite. The property was very nice and comfortable. The pool was in great shape, was to cool to use, but looked great.

The breakfast was real questionable. It was not stocked well, and the young lady that was working that area, was really over worked. Our room came with a fridge that did not work. #504 We were only there for 1 night so, just didn't say anything.

The staff was horrible. Let someone check in my room the gave me the key to entered the room at 330am. I could have gotten hurt. No apology.

A very relaxing stay.

I liked how big and spacious my room was. It was nice and clean. I absolutely loved the hot tub! 😍 Also the breakfast was really good! I've been to a few 3-star hotels now, and so far La Quinta had the best breakfast layout! Also they have some really tasty coffee.👍🏽 The price for the room was very reasonable too.

Nothing too serious, just two things. For some reason the TV in the bedroom wasn't working right. Most of the channels were blocked, and required a passcode to unblock them. I tried asking the staff about it, but sadly they were no help.🫤 Luckily the "living room" TV was working fine. Also the bathroom floor needs to be updated. The floor is made of wood, and the water has caused some of the flooring to come loose.

I like the location and the cleanliness of the room

It felt like there was a big hotel full of nothing I was paying for a big fancy hotel with fragrance piped in maybe a little bit of oxygen but otherwise I didn't really feel like there were a lot of amenities there to enjoy especially in the middle of the winter
