Facilities seemed to to be some what updated. Beds were fairly updated. Ice machine was useful.
Front staff seemed unhappy to see customers, shower and sink clogged, room smelled, sheets dirty and missing pillow cases, neighboring guests loud, and they collected a deposit that was not explained before booking and I’ll be surprised if I get it back.

Needs to be updated, dirty carpet, staff could have been a little more friendlier.
I know a lot of hotels have people living in them, if this is the case. I don’t think the hotel should allow this on the 1st floor, because that the first impression customers see. This was not a good look.

Room was not clean, room needs a lot of attention. No remote, some lights not working, wall hairdryer not attached, bed very poorly made. Mildew in the shower, shower floor gritty, cracked tiles in the shower

The breakfast was ok. Not outstanding. Was expecting more choices, expecting hot eggs and bacon.
The bathtub was not safe for me. It was slippery. Unsafe for people with mobility problems.

Staff was very nice.
It could use a little fixing. Our room was clean and orderly but like the exhaust fan in the bathroom was broken and hanging down. The window was open and when we tired to close it, it wouldn’t lock. We were on the first floor so that made me a little uncomfortable because anyone could just slide the window open and come into the room. Just needs some minor fixing up here and there. Breakfast was just waffles and with bagels and bread. There wasn’t too much of a selection to choose from.

Actually it was okay but my room the fridge froze /microwave didn’t heat well it took 2x as long to heat. Stuff on carpet and the bathroom I felt in safe there was no bars in the shower.

The worst experience at a hotel i ever had rooms was nasty carpet was nasty the front desk people was rude on the phone talking and laughing while waiting on me my sister had to use the bathroom really bad the man at the front desk told her she couldn't come in the lobby cause he just mopped the floor the people across from our room was arguing and fighting so loud the lights went out it was just horrible will never stay again

The worker who checked us in was very professional and kind. She switched one of our rooms, from room 128 to room 125 which was much better. Kudos, to her!
I traveled from CA, and my four sisters from IL. We came up to visit another sister of ours who lives in Indianapolis.
The carpet in the rooms was very dirty, especially in room 128 it was filthy, had red marks on the carpet, the bedding and towels need to be replaced with new ones, because some of them had stains. We couldn't communicate well with the cleaning lady because she didn't speak English.
And for the breakfast, the bagels were hard and stale.

Getting to the hotel was easy to get to, and it was just what I needed for the few days that I stayed. Very good price. It was adequate.
While the breakfast was okay, the lack of "real" orange juice and off tasting waffles was sad. No coffee either. The room was not properly cleaned as there was many spots, particularly by the bed, that still had drink stains from the last guest. The sheets were not as neat, as I found what looked liked oily marks on one side near a corner. I assumed they cleaned it, and do hope they change them out once a guest checks out. The bathtub was a high risk zone. The lack of good drainage made the tub fill up. Not a lot, but enough to really notice it. There was no slip resistance pads or anything, which is considering as the back of the tub as slanted sharply and if you did not enter in the center, you would slip as you got in from the rear. The room door had a tendency to not close all the way, and I found myself forcing it shut and double checking as I left. Lastly the elevator broke down and looked well out dated. I was not in it at the time, but two guests were and was trapped for a few minutes while I helped them get out. The hallway door opened but the inner door was locked tight.

Blood on the comforter. Sheets and blankets for pull out bed not brought to room, only 1 small bar of soap for the shower for 3 people, elevator did not always work. No one at the check in desk when I went to get the extra bedding that was needed, waited 5 minutes for someone to show up.

Good location, comfy beds and pillows, good air conditioning, good water pressure, free breakfast of oj, coffee, yogurt, cuties, waffles, toast and bagels and cereal, nothing fancy but it's enough to get you by
The sheet on our bed had a huge stain, (we were given a replacement sheet and an apology) the bathroom wall had hair dried into the paint job, pubes were in the bathtub, the elevator was blinky and 3rd floor ice machine didn't work, at 9am the breakfast was in dire need of replenishing.

Lady at front desk when I checked in was polite and explained to me about the deposit. Also let me know breakfast hours and asked me if I wanted a 1st or 2nd floor room. I like that they had a microwave and fridge in room.

Not clean. Only 1 large towel. Fridge was not level. A/c was loud. Stains on bedding and walls. Handprints on headboards. Sink doesn't drain properly

The employees, room not cleansed, would not give Fed X for me which was medicine unless we checked in early and were changed extra, fell and spilt coffee on bed. But since they didn’t clean the room I had to get the bed linens and change it myself, then was charged because coffee on them!!!!!

GROUND FLOOR WINDOW WOULD NOT LOCK..TOLD FRONT DESK EMPLOYEE, HE SAID SOMEONE WOULD COME THEY NEVER DID, ASKED AGAIN IF SOMEONE WAS COMING TO FIX AND HE LIED AND SAID SOMEONE CAME, BUT WE WERE IN ROOM ENTIRE TIME AND NO ONE CAME, THEN WOULD NOT ANSWER THE FRONT DESK PHONE. ASKED FOR DIFFERENT ROOM HE SAID NO MORE ROOMS BUT CONTINUES TO CHECK PEOPLE IN WALKING IN AND ASKING FOR A ROOM NO RESERVATION..TOOK PILLOWCASES OFF PILLOWS MULTPLE YELLOW STAINS...SHOWED EMPLOYEE AND HE LOOKED AT ME LIKE OH WELL...SHEETS WITH HAIR IN BED AND VERY WORN OUT..ROOM SMELLED...IF NOT TRAVELING ALL DAY AND ON A DOT LOG BOOK I WOULD HAVE LEFT. .REPORTING THIS TO LA QUINTA CHAIN AND CREDIT CARD AND BETTER BUISNESS AND CITY AND STATE HOTEL COMISSION AND REGULATION..CARPET HAD MULTILPE STAINS...TERRIBLE TERRIBLE...AND TO BE LIED TO..

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in.
The bedding smells, the carpets are filthy, and the towels are not fresh. The air conditioning system is as primitive as something from the 1950s. And for all of this, they still charge $120 per night! It’s outrageous!
Breakfast is a whole other story!
I have never seen a breakfast that only offers bread and waffles—nothing else, yes, you heard that right!
I wouldn’t recommend this terrible hotel to anyone. The staff clearly couldn’t care less about their guests.
