we did not eat breakfast at this location.
I had reserved a room via Booking.com. the evening staff could not find the information on my reservation. The morning staff did find it in the computer.

Comfortable beds and friendly staff. Decent price for long term stay
Extra door latch was broken, door was hard to open and shut. Facility is very dated. But they are remodeling

Our stay had a few disappointments. The room lacked sufficient towels, and unfortunately, it had a noticeable mildew odor that didn’t seem to be present elsewhere in the hotel. While renovations were underway—which is understandable—it did impact the overall experience. The bathroom had no counter space, making it difficult to organize toiletries. Additionally, there was no ice machine available in the hotel, and the in-room freezer’s ice maker wasn’t functioning either

Room was not ready until well after 3 pm. Person on duty complained about being short staffed. Also. No pens, tv guide or light bulbs in lamps.

Found a Cockroach in the closet, the coffee maker was dirty, the pot on the stove was dirty, the shower handle was stuck, the tv remote did not work very well, the room had a bad smell, it didn’t look anything like the pictures online.

It was all great I love this hotel out of any others. I love how it's set up like an apartment. It's great to be able to do your laundry for free.they have a store to make it convient. There's a kitchen in ur room and they got every dish you possibly need.
The price could've been a little more cheaper just because my finances are hard to keep up with right now. But other then that I loved everything.

There was no breakfast provided. Coffee machine was the only item.
I waited 20 mins at the front desk waiting for someone to come to the desk. A line formed! We called the number listed on the sign with no one answering. When someone showed he said there was an issue in a room and he had to fix it! Have two people at least working! Also, no hot water when showering! I did not even try. The fixtures in the bathroom were coming off the wall when I turned water on. I worried about bed bugs! Not the quality of a Candlewood inn I expected and experience with others. I recommend taking a good look so your rep does not lower!

The showers took along time to get warm, I mean a long time.. then it was just luke warm I get up early 4 am.. and at that time there were luke warm.. but good enough

The quickness to respond to situations and handle them in a respectful manner.
The issues that kept popping up such as rooms not being cleaned, toilet not working, hot water not properly working, stains on laundry based items. The pool was also drained at the time and there were no breakfast options or even an easily accessible vending machine.

This hotel has maintenance and housekeeping issues. We spoke to the general manager (Derrick Seldon) who said we should request a full refund and that it was approved by him.

#1 problem is no hot water in the shower. I’m here with two girls that competed in a cheerleading competition and they have to shower in cold water. Charged a $100 deposit and the pool is down, the elevators are down and was basically told to take a bird bath because the sink water gets hot. Was told the boiler is out and it must’ve just happened but was standing there when another person called the front desk and said it’s been two days since her shower water has been like that. Then the guy called another worker or manager, not sure but I heard her say that everyone is aware of the problem including Maria the manager but the guy is trying to tell me she meant something else when she said that. Not worth the money at all and these girls are just trying to get a good nights sleep before competing again tomorrow. I will definitely never be back here again…
