I would not stay again

Quiet

It was dirty. There was something spilled and sticky on the floor by the bed. Crumbs all over the floor. Also someone’s dirty socks under the desk. We were moved rooms and that floor had candy pieces on it by the arm chair.

Probably the worst one we have stayed in for a long time.

Wasn’t far from our destination. It had a pool and hot tub. Bathroom in room was nice.

Walls are paper thin. Could hear everything outside our room. Beds were uncomfortable. Management could have been friendly. Didn’t like staff going into our room during our stay. My son was preparing for a competition and needed the weight room. There were children congregating in there. Not working out! He told staff and they did nothing about it. Breakfast could use an upgrade. Mold by the hotub. Not enough towels. Had to ask for them a couple times and wait for them to be done. No towels by pool area. Hotel in general could have used a deep cleaning.Marijuana smell seeping into our room. Not enough parking.

Over priced!!! You better bring your shower shoes!!!

Staff is great! They did everything they could.

The bathroom/shower wasn’t clean at!!! BRING SHOWER SHOES!!! Hospitality should have flagged the room for deep cleaning/repairs. This hotel is extremely noisy! Do not expect to have a decent sleep! MANY people reported loud groups. I was warned and didn’t take their advice.

Easy to find, close to things and it was not huge. The shower in the room was awesome but the water pressure was horrible. The beds were ok, a little hard. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

It was ok but feel that it was not worth $122 a night

Our room was clean.

So many things. Our shower head leaked from the connection toilet wobbled the public toilet wobbles the tv didn’t work so my son had to check it and the wires were wired wrong. The hot tub was broke and that was the biggest reason I wanted to stay at this hotel. I spent HOURS looking for the perfect hotel with a hot tub and we got there and it was broke. I’ve been ill for 3 yrs so haven’t been able to take baths or get in pools exc and now that I can I couldn’t. The place is being redone so that’s nice. The floor in 331 was uneven. The window (mind you it’s on the top floor) opened all the way up. The staff was nice.

It was nice, and th gentleman at the front desk helped me with several requests with no hesitation.

All went well except there was no ice machine on my floor, and the ice machine on the first floor was broken.

Wasn’t bad for the price but needs a lot of work with staff and property

Didn’t like how it smelled funny ,or that only one of the elevator were working and the elevator that did work when you were riding on it it seems like it would break it out any moment and scare me where I thought I was gonna get stuck on it, how the floor that I was on smelled funny and then the room number is was just a piece of tape over a piece of paper , there were stain stains all over the blanket and sheets, and I asked for a new sheets so I can change them out, and I was given the blanket a sheet and was told to change them out myself

Whoever the manager is needs a raise! She was so sweet and very accommodating for my husband and I.

Super loud family moved in the room next to us and the manager immediately switched our rooms and gave us a snack for the room to say sorry. Not necessary but VERY appreciated.

No elevator

Located right off the interstate with fuel stations close by.

I don’t like the noise that having no carpeting causes. The room seemed colder (not temperature-wise). It made the straight pin I saw on the floor easier to find. That could have been an issue if stepped on. How was it missed in when cleaned?? It was hard to find the light switches in the bedroom area. I missed the upper light feature.

Staff were disinterested especially the reception guy who was glued to his phone. The wifi didn’t work the 2 nights we stayed, apparently it “blew up”. This was a major inconvenience for us being from another country, trying to remotely run businesses. Don’t clean the reception floors when everyone is checking out and going to breakfast, it makes no sense. Broken lamp in room.

Will never stay here again. Horrible facility

Bed was comfortable, bathroom clean, convenient location

Room flooded in the middle of the night from faulty AC unit. GM tried to blame our cooler that barely leaked on the other side of the room for the water and would not provide any compensation for our belongings being wet. Property is a mess, trash everywhere, grass not cut, old broken down AC units at the end of the halls/ near elevators with wire sticking out of them, stained bedding, water damage in hallways, boiler room left open and was flooded with water.

Pleasant and nice experience

Location to IMS and IRP is great! The staff is wonderful friendly and helpful. Hotel was quiet and room was spacious. Huge walk in shower was lovely! Fresh coffee throughout the day was a plus. Breakfast was decent for a free hotel breakfast

3rd floor hallways need some attention. Flooring is buckled and dog eared in many spots. And needs a sweeping. The pool also could use some attention paint chipping and garbage on bottom of pool water had a a good layer of bio film on top. Hot tub did not seem hot.

The staff was absolutely amazing! The waffle station was the best part of breakfast. Variety of the breakfast items were awesome. Rooms were clean, housekeeping was so nice. The hot tub was the best temperature.

The pool was over chlorinated. The gym was too small and a lot of the equipment was nonfunctional. The food was mediocre. Well, except the waffle station.

Poor Management/Conditions

Had hair in the shower and on the shampoo bottle (black) at time of checking in. If air was not set below 70, it had a musty smell when blowing vs. cool. Hallway floors (fake wood strips) lifting off the surface On 2 different days, we had 2 cockroaches. One went across the floor near the toilet, and the other came down the shower wall when showering. Called the Mgr. 1 day after the stay to make sure they new about the issue. Instead of apologizing, she basically called us liars because "I had the bug man come in, and he sprayed down the room this morning. He said he didn't see any bugs." Just Wow. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Convenient location, but will NEVER go back or recommend it.

The breakfast was great and free. Lots of choices to eat. The rooms were nice and clean.

The first staff member we met had a bit of an attitude the first time we saw her. But then was friendly the second time. So maybe she was just having a bad day.

Love the hotel but the barn doors need to stay closed when using them too

The hot tub and pool were great after a long drive. Breakfast was good The suite was awesome.

We stayed in a room on the road side and heard a lot of car noises. The barn doors were a nice decor upgrade but they weren’t hung right— they would not stay closed- especially when using the bathroom. Awkward when using the toilet which had no separate door and the person laying on the bed could look directly at you while using the toilet.

Fantastic place to stay for the Indy 500.

Location! I was there to watch the Indy 500 and to visit friends in Indianapolis. This isn’t a super high class hotel, but it was perfect for what I wanted. Staff were super accommodating and helpful. I didn’t know it in advance, but they ran a free shuttle to the track on race day. Awesome! When the race was over I just walked back instead of trying to wait with 300,000 cars in traffic. It was 5 miles, but better than waiting for hours and hours. Breakfast was tasty and everyone, I mean everyone including the front desk was laughing about the Wiener 500. I had a blast and I will definitely return next time. Thanks!

Only that wasn’t that great was that some of the electrical outlets on the wall had been just installed and they were falling out. Maybe ought to look at that and finish the job.

Unfortunate disappointment

Size and layout of the king bedroom suite. The provided amenities were nice. Room was pretty clean and smelled good. The layout of the hotel is very convenient for guests.

All Employees including management needs training in hospitality. I was charged twice for an upgrade and when I asked front desk about it, at first I was told "they do that" then management stepped in and started with an attitude as if I was in the wrong until she realized it was a hotel/employee error. Was fixed but definitely could have been handled more hospitable and made me rethink returning for future stays. The room itself had some ceiling bubbled up like a leak was building up and looked painted over. The shower looked like it hasn't been properly cleaned (scrubbing bubbles works wonders).

Trash in the halls and food on the floor. Adjoining room next door was loud ALL night. The bathroom would not close all the way with the barn door attached to it for privacy. I stayed just to sleep for a few hours and it was no use because the room next door had someone there and they were very loud.
