I didnt even get to stay there when i got there i was informed by the not so friendly person that she just camw on at 11 pm and she didnt have my room anymore it wasnt available so i got a better room elsewhere . I wasnt the only one who got their room taken away from them either and given away to some one else!

Despite having our reservation, no rooms were available when we pulled into the parking lot at 10pm. We werent offered a solution. We were told we would need to contact Expedia to cancel and find a new hotel.

Disgusting, room had dead roaches all over as soon as we walked in, dead roaches in the tub as well, room was dirty and smelled even worse, also had a cracked mirror as well and was refused a refund, even when shown the pictures of the room

Checked in room was dirty from previous guest, worker gave me key to check 2 other rooms and they were both dirty from previous night occupants. Front desk lady personally went and found me clean room. Next evening came back and all of my stuff was gone!! Went to front desk and they still had me checked in to dirty room from night before. Luckily they had my stuff stored in break room. Not a pleasant stay! Needless to say will never go back!

The room had a good heating/cooling system. There were no utensils of any sort in the kitchen. The TV never worked. The bathroom was clean and the water hot. The price and location are acceptable. The clerks were friendly and polite.

This property is very disappointing. Not deserving of its rating. This property caters to the unhoused apparently. We checked into room 133. On the way to the room, there were random articles of clothing in hallway corners. Once in the room, we found that the two exterior windows could not be locked, being on the ground floor, that is an issue. We reserved a Queen room, bed was a Double, but was told, yes that’s a Queen room. Vanity sink and shower were grimy, and mold in shower area. Carpet was damaged with tack strip exposed in the walking path. But worst is the room didn’t feel clean. We decided accept that we would not get a refund, left and sought other accommodations.

We checked in Friday night reservations for 2 rooms. Night desk girl said sorry we hav no clean rooms available…. She confirmed she saw our reservation nobody. Cleaned rooms. She gave us 1 room the least dirty of the rooms which yes was dirty not cleaned and disgusting. The entire hotel had a terrible stench. My wife go no sleep after a 7 hour drive because I snore which is why we needed 2 rooms. Definitely ranking in my top 2 worst hotel stays of my 51 years and I traveled for business for a long time. And then…. I was still charged for both rooms for both nights and awaiting a refund? In the morning the manager simply said yeah I have 40 rooms that need cleaned. Your hotel and staff are digusting and unprofessional. And they were burning incense in the lobby without a catch just letting it burn and that’s a fire hazard alone.

The room was dusgusting! Smelled like dog pee when we walked in the room. The window was open when we walked in. The box spring cover looked like it had a dog pee on it. It looked like people had put smell good in the vents of the AC because of the smell. The floor made your feet black from walkikg on it less then 5 mins.

Driving up to the hotel it looks clean and invting, but when you walk up to the front door you see people standing five to ten feet awy from it smoking. Once you enter the hotel lobby it doesnt get any better. A sign over a little table informs the guest not to take all the breakfast snack bags. Walking down the hallway on the third floor it smelled dirty and of smoke. The room was a total disater. The door was loose in the doorjam so anyone with minimal effort could break into the room after you leave it taking all your stuff. the room smelled of smoke and I found the smoke detector disconnected and sitting on the counter. The TV was about to fall off its stand and the bathroom faucets had low water preassure. Avoind this place if at all possible.

I've stayed here a few times before and it was fine. This time I arrived to check in after having a room reserved for months, and no rooms were available (something about cleaning staff not showing up). The hotel employee asked me if I got the email, which I did not, but there has to be a better way for them to notify people who book through sites like this. I even looked up nearby hotels to book, and this hotel was still showing as available.

Pros: Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful Staff attempted to address concerns when raised Some breakfast options were available upon request Cons: Significant room issues: Initially assigned to an occupied room Security concern with unauthorized entry attempt Poorly maintained facilities (damaged mattress, non-functioning toilet) Noticeably unclean carpets Breakfast service was inconsistent and limited: Limited to instant coffee/tea on some days Complete lack of hot beverages on other days Smoking policy not enforced, with guests smoking directly in front of entrance despite posted signs While the staff showed good intentions with their friendly attitude, the hotel falls short on basic expectations of cleanliness, security, and amenities. The room assignment mix-up and subsequent security incident are concerning, as is the state of basic room maintenance. The breakfast service needs significant improvement to meet standard expectations. This property requires substantial updates and better management oversight to provide an acceptable guest experience. Rating: 2/5 stars

When I got from the airport at night I was told that I could not get my room has it was canceled and I were supposedly sent a message (which I never received) I was told I was getting a refund but I never got it and they never reply to messages. Avoid it at all cost, very bad actor, they'll put you in hard situation and steal your money

I am waiting for a refund. We booked 2 rooms, but left after trying multiple times to find a room that was bearable. The first room smelled so horribly of animal urine, rotten foods, and general filth, that we asked for a different one. The second room literally had a chunk of old dried up dog poop on the carpeted floor & bug droppings on the bed. When we unlocked the door to the 3rd room, the t.v. was on and the beds had not been changed, with messed up clearly used and dirty sheets and the pillows were all piled onto one of them. The front desk said the cleaning staff was unavailable to finish fixing the room. The 4th room had the dirtiest tub I’ve ever seen. Do not ever get a room here!!!! It was the grossest hotel I’ve ever encountered. Ever!!! We ended up staying at one of the many nearby hotels.

This hotel literally told us they were SOLD OUT when we arrived at 11pm after an entire day of travel... which you think wouldn't be a problem if you made RESERVATIONS months in advance. DO NOT STAY HERE. RESERVATIONS MEAN NOTHING.

Walked in to my room and it hadn't been cleaned. All the pillows were moved to one bed, but had been stripped of the cases. The blankets were gone from the beds, but the sheets were still there, disheveled like someone had just slept in them. Made me nervous the pillow cases and blankets were gone to be cleaned but not the sheets... 😬 There was also popcorn on the floor. They gave me a new room. The beds were made in the new room but we found a wad of human hair on the "clean" linens. I usually stay in cheap hotels and have low expectations. Not picky at all, and dont mind if a hotel is old and run down, just want the room to be clean. Never in my life have I walked into a hotel room for it to not have been cleaned upon arrival before this experience. I actually got scared that I mightve walked into a room someone was dtill staying in. Thats absolutely what it looked like. TThis room was $140 for a night... for how unclean and foul smelling this hotel was, it should've been a $60 rate. I can't believe I paid $140 for it. Would never stay here again.

It was my most terrible experience in my life so far. 1: No clean towel, the solution is to bring used one and let them clean it and give me back to me. 2: smell do bad, the hallway u can smell urine so badly, not just a bit 3: the bed sheet and everything are not cleaned, u can easily tell. 4: one of the bed wasnt prepared yet, being told it's still cleaning,but asked 2times, a whole day gone till evening still the same. Felt uneasy staying overnight. Smelled of smoke when we got to our room. Floors were dirty and so was the bathroom. Was way too tired from driving all day to even say anything about it in person. Definitely will not be coming back

The location always ran out of the breakfast to go items. There was 4 days in a row where there was no breakfast available due to them running out and they said the truck had not came either. Also, there were a couple of times where no one was at the front desk and customers were standing in the lobby, needing help. This would’ve been closer to late evening hours. The other issue was roaches in the rooms. I personally killed 3 roaches in my room and checked out early due to that issue. The beds need better mattresses because the springs are broken in the beds.

Lobby and hall smelled like burning meth. Door to room stuck had to shove it open. Shower leaked more water on the ceiling than on me. Almost fell off toilet because seat was broken. Went to move table over, leg fell off smelled like smoke so bad irritated my asthma had to use my albuterol for the first time this year. The stay was fine until morning when ur staff walked in the room while my ol man was in the shower cause ur night staff put a reservation in r room for the next day so they didn't know we were in there and they threatened to call the cops and everything which is very unprofessional and honestly I feel like we should get a free night because of that alone. Great location near I465. Quiet and staff are super helpful. I would recommend a better variety of breakfast to go options and maybe more in stock because there were a couple times that they ran out of breakfast to go for customer staying at the hotel. Otherwise it’s been a great place to stay.

But after initially entering the room, it was clear someone had unwrapped and used a cup, used the trash, and used a towel. Overall, I am no longer going to stay in Extended Stays. This location was older and needs a makeover. I spent two hours cleaning the refrigerator and the floors. you could tell that they barely touch it for possibly weeks or longer. I felt that if I did not clean it, that I could not have stayed there. I thought about leaving multiple times. Now since I have had issues with Extended Stays in the past, it was hard to just place blame on the management and the staff, but you could also see that upper management does not care about helping the location management and staff in any way. So with this...I am just going to stay away from this company all together.
