Out of the 6 nights I had booked I had clean towels for 3 of those nights. Even after asking for fresh ones all I got in response was “we’re out”. And had to buy my own shampoo/conditioner while there as the provided packets are near impossible to open.

Holes in the curtains. The door didn't lock at all. The bathroom door was a sliding door with no privacy. Bare bolt sticking out of the wall. Either leaves or bugs in the air conditioner, not sure on that one. One of the pillows had a bloodstain on it and upon request they said they didn't have anymore to replace it with.

OMG, this place was the worst place I ever stayed. The room was dirty , shower moldy, sink lose, roaches crawling, no smoke detector, and lots of suspicious activity. The room is cheap so I guess you get what you pay for. While checking out we had to wait for them to inspect the room (lol) to get the deposit back and he had nerve to complain by saying it's ok but not ok. Never again

There were a lot of termites in the bed, and they crawled all over your body, keeping you awake. If you extended your stay, you had to leave to check in. Otherwise, if you didn't leave, you had to pay an extra $80 when the room was $49. There was only boiling hot water, and it usually smelled strongly of marijuana. No one was laughing at this experience.

My first room was not to our satisfaction, stained pillows, stained mattress, air conditioner didn't work etc. However the manager Ali helped us out. Staff was nice and courteous, the 2nd room a deluxe suite was much much better than the first. We only ended up staying 3 days but it was nice. Do pay attention that there is a 50 dollar deposit at checkout, it's not obvious on the booking site but it is hidden in the details. Do try to rent a deluxe room if you're not too tight on money you'll be much happier with the room. The area around the hotel is definitely rough and there are some rough looking folks around the area as well.

Bed sheets were stained, there was no fire alarm, we were given a half used roll of toilet paper, a worker just randomly barged into our room in the middle of the day. We also weren’t given our $50 deposit back because of the dirtiness of the room from before we got there

This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at using Hotels.com. It was roach invested and the sheets on the bed were not clean. I highly recommend that Hotels.com remove this hotel from your website. I am a business woman and me and my organization were very disappointed with the service, cleanliness of this hotel. They treated me as if I was this homeless low income customer. I respectfully ask that hotels.com refund me my money for the stay at this hotel and compensation for the inconvenience. I left my clothes and computer equipment in my car and slept in the chair that was in the hotel room to ensure that roaches would not get into my luggage nor my computer bag.

It was the cheapest motel option in the area. Noisy guests during the night outside in the hallway. There was plastic under the sheets which made a rustling noise when moving around while sleep. The plastic also reflected body heat making me warm. The AC was noisy when going off and on.

My friends family and myself will definitely be putting how horrible this place is and how they will take advantage of people and keep their security deposits over a couple dirty towels. If I could give it a minus 5, I’d give it. I made the reservation through expedia and paid for it, there was no other fee disclosed on my reservation. Upon arrival, a $50 is demanded, otherwise you cannot check in and what you paid is not refundable. The people you talk to are in India… they are on a screen and they just repeat the same crap over and over… they are useless. Bedroom is nice, but there is no comforter, no cover… just the sheet cover. Upon check out, the deposit that was promised to be “returned in the morning”, was in fact not returned… and God knows if we will ever see it. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE!
