Cost too much for what we got. Had to fight to get the rollaway we asked for, rollaway was pure metal coils with no cushion, toenails in the bathtub, towels had holes in them, furniture was falling apart, hair dryer hanging on wall by a string, shower took more than 5 minute to warm up, shower curtain wouldn’t close so water went all over floor…

Just an overnight after the races but, the room smelled like stale food. The walls were in terrible shape with paint peeling and lots of scrapes. Shower curtain held in place with drywall screws and schims. Bathroom door is raw, unpainted. Also the elevator is out of order. Really strange for a Wyndham.

The facility was not clean. There was little to no toilet paper. Elevator didnt work. One ice machine was out of order. During a 3 night stay, the room was never freahwnes up. There was no ice bucket and when I asked staff about it, they gave me a bag to get ice in.

Elevator not working. No alarm clock, coffee maker in room. Handle and water spout on bathtub very loose and the water drained very slowly so I was standing in the dirty water after the water was turned off! No hair dryer in room. Kids knocked on door in middle of night! Stale muffins room temperature sausage links!

I was very skeptical after reading the reviews, but was very pleasantly surprised. For the price, it was what I was expecting. While some things seemed dated, it seemed clean and for the most part in good shape. One exception was the mini fridge in our room, it worked fine but it looked rough.

Upon arriving I was charged through here and again at the property. There was blood splatters in the bathtub and poop in the toilet. When asking for a new room the lady was not nice. When moving to a new room it was better. It was gross! The beds are horrible!

The rooms they put us in, had a bad odor coming from the air conditioner smelled like the hotel had been flooded or something. Elevator is not working doors to the room were hard to open and close carpeting. Nasty would not recommend it to anyone not even to a dog

This was the absolute worse hotel experience o ever had. The pool was nasty and not working. The elevator was not working, so I had to walk out the side of the door on the other end of the building to walk across the parking into the front door for breakfast. Well it wasnt even breakfast it was just drinks eggs sausages and cereal and thats if you got there early because on the 3rd day the breakfast was done at 7:30am the hallways smelled horrible. I will never go back there.

I will never used the Hotel. Due to the Hotel Management had “no conern or regrets” since my room was targeted and broken into which “all my possessions were taken” while I was gone. Had both room keys in my possession. Turn in the room keys after Day 1 and still get charged for 4 nights. Management targets its people by their vehicles. This is the “Worst Place!” I ever had stayed.

The bed was comfortable. That’s it! Very dirty, maybe I could have gotten over the dirtiness and the bad smell in the first room, if the second room was any better. The rooms need to be deep cleaned. Or cleaned at all! Wyndham, needs to pay more attention to these little mom and pop places. They don’t care how they care out the name. Not good at all. From the dirty tore up curtains down to the dirty, dirty floor!! Bugs, dirty walls, the room with the vending machines smells horrible. The elevator to the second floor was not working. They don’t tell you that until after you have paid for a room. I’m have a handicap and the toilet was about 2 ft from the floor, Very low. No bar to hold on to. Not in the shower either. The need to gut the place and start all over!!! I have plenty f pictures!!!

online i paid and booked a suite with a hot tub for my daughter online and i get here and they tell me its no room with hot tub and also no pool. ONLINE SAYS ALL THESE THINGS ARE AVAILABLE! i was not accommodated for the price difference or anything! non refundable! They just took my money after they falsely advertised

When we checked in the staff was not friendly and told us we had to pay a $100 incidental fee upon check in. When reserving this room that fee was never discussed. We got our key and went to the room, and when we opened the door a horrible stench met us. The room wasn't clean. The floor had not been vacuumed, and the television did not have a signal. We went to the desk to ask for another room and was met with aggravation. We also informed the clerk that the hallways had not been vacuumed. She did not care. We will never stay in that hotel again.

Upon arrival I noticed that I was booked to this particular hotel that did not compliment my filters on my search for a room because I specifically wanted an indoor pool and an indoor hot tub. I explained this to the lady at the desk who was very unprofessional and confrontational and very underqualified to be left alone with her duties. At the last moment when I was getting ready to swipe my credit card I realized that she said the only hot tub was in a room and the only pool it was outside both of which I had no purpose or used for
