This was my fifth time staying and always a great time…. Pool is always clean and the space works perfectly for the little gatherings for my daughters bdays ‼️‼️‼️

The day I arrived, the air conditioning in the lower level of the hotel was not working and it was incredibly hot. It was near 95⁰ that day. The desk clerk was obviously uncomfortable. And the next morning, during breakfast, it was way too hot to eat down there.

Sleepless Nights

The property is clean

Too many kids running down the halls. The bed was extremely uncomfortable to wear I didn’t sleep at all! Then my room was near the exit door which between the kids and other guests slamming the door all night I didn’t sleep at all, and to make matters worse it wasn’t 10am and the maid unlock my door attempting to come into clean!!! I will have to stay at another hotel when I need leisure

Two stars instead of one for staff friendliness.

They charge you for parking! We are from Chicago and so I get downtown parking charges. However, this hotel is not near anything nor in any kind of area that would necessitate a parking charge, just a money grab. Staff and housekeeping were very friendly and the hotel was clean when we got there on Thursday, but after one night of a baseball team that showed up, everything was dirty: floors, pool, you name it - and there were no staff around cleaning. Their breakfast was rough. We became very ill on our trip and I think we traced it back to the hotel breakfast. I’m not sure if it was the food or the general cleanliness of the breakfast area. Every morning the tables were dirty the chairs were dirty and were never wiped down even if you came back at a different time. It was rough. Forget trying to get to and from the hotel, everything is one way or under construction.

I love Hilton Hotels and the Hampton Inn, I love the body products and hair products! Great breakfast.

Big bedroom and supper clean, nice beds, very soft pillows, nice bedroom furniture, beautiful common areas, the shampoo products left my hair incredibly smooth, outstanding customer service from front desk, housekeeping and the kitchen staff, and a special shoutout to Ron who made sure every guest felt valued.

I've stayed at this facility before and had a good experience however this time was not pleasant because the toliet had a permanent stain from wear & tear, the toliet seat needs to be replaced. And the last two nights, a room had two dogs unattended that kept barking excessively. This was not a good experience this time around. Lastly the corner did not have a seating chair. I will stay again but not on the 2nd floor.

It was okay but I wouldn’t use or clean the remotes again for free.

We came for a quiet sleep retreat. The shower was great albeit, there were some hairs left behind that were missed by the custodians. The bed was comfortable.

The remote control was absolutely disgusting. It had caked up food and what looked unmentionable, on it and I spent the first half hour cleaning it for use. There were no gluten free options so we had to grab fruit or go elsewhere instead of getting to eat breakfast and sleep in.

It is always very clean and breakfast is good especially the GRITS!!! :) The staff is always friendly and helpful. It is close to my destination for business which was my first reason for choosing this hotel and this location. after staying a couple of times, I choose this hotel all the time now for business in Indianapolis!

I don't like that all the rooms are adjoining- this doesn't always give me the level of security I would like while traveling alone. Nothing has happened that would make me fearful to stay at the hotel I just don't like the adjoining rooms!!! Maybe you should consider having a few rooms that are NOT adjoining even if it's only on the first floor!
