Terrible!!!! Hated it!

The virtual lady was TERRIBLE! Very rude! Would NOT HELP US AND WAS NOT NICE! Acted like she didn’t understand anything I was saying and took a very very long time to get anything accomplished when I had already Apaod for the room! Finally I was crying and she asked the manager if I could just pay cash for the deposit since my phone was dead and couldn’t access my card to pay for the deposit since. We sat in the lobby for over 2 hours trying to get help

They charged me an extra early check in fee. They sent me to a room away from the main rooms inside. I had to go outside and around back. I would have never agreed to this room had I known prior to paying! I got the information only after my payment was processed.. and of course it was nonrefundable. And the attendant was cold and calculating! I got the impression that it was not the first time! As a matter of fact, when I really think about it.. it was maniacal genius! They already knew that there were no other rooms available other than the ones around back…. And could have been upfront, BEFORE processing my payment.

I previously had a not so good experience at this location.😔 Then something miraculous happened! I received better customer service and support than I have EVER HAD, EVER! 😊 There is a difference maker and a decision maker at this location! He is the manager! His name is Ali! If ever you need/ want, or have questions at this location…. Make sure to ask for Ali!!

. Absolutely nothing !!!!! It least there would have been personnel at a prison

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at . EVER!!!!! I want a refund . Booking in we knew it wasn't an expensive hotel , however , we didn't expect a filthy flop house prison for what we paid for either.(over $100) Check in was a nightmare, They checked us in by having a kind of strange kiosk robot in the lobby which was nothing more than a screen with a woman asking for IDs to check us in . It took forever and we were the only ones in this "Lobby". No furniture, zip zilch, nada. There was a security guard asleep on the only chair in the entry way and another old man asleep behind a glass window with a kiosk in front with a woman on a camera, If it hadn't been after 10 pm , we would have left and went somewhere else . The room was literally void of a single chair and bug ridden . The first thing my husband did was kill the bugs ( yes plural )that were in our room.The windows shade had rips in it . There was one small thin towel , one washcloth and one hand towel that looked like they came from a thrift store. We slept above the thin covers. . The "staff" was either non existent or was unfriendly . There was no amenities . thank God we had our own , NO hair dryer , NO Iron , NO hangers, no kidding. Shame on you Booking.com .

Worst place and experience I've EVER had!

This place was terrible!! I booked at $39 for the night but when I got there it was $69 for a total of $80 total. I was on foot checking in at 11 P.M. and they knew it. Talked to a lady on kiosk with a video screen at check in. Between her accent and the echo in the lobby I couldn't understand her explanation of why the rate was higher than the rate I had booked. Only that it "wasn't my fault". But I still had to pay the higher rate. What I assumed was the patriarch of the family, was grumpy, rude and agitated with me because my key card didn't work. I went to the desk and was given another. It didn't work either. So, the dad angrily got his pass key to open the door. A long-term resident watching this unfold told me when the dad stomped back to his room that they had been having trouble with that door all week, yet they gave me that room. I was given another room when I first arrived but was moved when I let them know neither of the UBS ports for phone charging located next to the bed worked. The swimming pool in the center courtyard was filled in with concrete. This entire property has an austere and cold look and feel to it. It felt and looked like the ICE detention facilities I was seeing on T.V. at the time. The soap was the size and thickness of a silver dollar, and the shower curtain was 2-1/2 - 3" too short. The bathroom floor had considerable standing water on it when I stepped out. There was no chair, bench or any other thing in the rooms or lobby to sit on. The room had 2 super bright lights, all white queen beds with all white walls. There was no pad, pencil or pen to take notes with. I went to the front desk to see about getting something to write with. I talked to the video screen kiosk again. I was told somebody would be there to help me in 10 minutes or so. When I went to check out, there was a couple who had already been waiting 15 minutes for someone to appear at the kiosk so they could check out.
