Nice and clean place to stay

Clean and updated. Loved all the storage available in the rooms!

Breakfast was not well stocked. Pool was closed. Some staff not very friendly. Our cleaning lady was very nice and helpful!

That it was clean, affordable, and cozy. The size of the king suit was very accommodating.

Decent stay

The room was spacious and I loved the mini kitchen. The beds were comfortable and I loved the down pillows.

The breakfast was not great. The apples were very small and mushy. The hot breakfast items were somewhat unappealing. My daughter got a metal shard stuck in her foot while at the pool and we had to dig it out with tweezers. It was brought to the attention of the young man at the reception desk. I had to continually ask for towels for the pool area when we went swimming.

great size room, flashing smoke detector at night was annoying

great room size. refridgerator was a great unexpected bonus as was microwave.

kitchen sink faucet was fall off and could spin around 360 degrees. The 2 smoke/carbon monoxide detectors when the lights were off flashed a green light ever 10-15 seconds all night which light up the room. Only noticed when trying to sleep. very annoying and kept us up.

Overpriced for the level of quality.

The room offered a lot of space and many amenities. Good lighting and multiple table possibilities.

TV remote was incomprehensible. Internet hook-up was problematic. Bed was too soft and pillows were like mushable mush flattening with the slightest pressure. Bathroom was cramped and shower was a disaster with prison-like doors, poor design and minimal water pressure - what moron designed this torture chamber?

I love the size of these rooms and the full size kitchenette. Also, I had an issue with a neighboring room being way too loud and Jeremy helped us out immediately and was very accomodating.

The only continuous issue I've had with Home2Suites in general is that they're not well built and you can often hear upstairs people or neighbors through the walls. But overall they are beautiful facilities.
