Disgusting place.

Not very far from the speedway

Even we full pay in advance the owner scam us and over charge for the stay. All the hotels in the city were packed for the Indy 500 race, so we needed to pay what he asked. We witnessed how the owner rejected some people coming from Expedia, who did not want to extra pay. The owner simply told them there were no rooms available, even they claim that they had paid in advanced, several weeks ago. No facilities, no kitchen, no breakfast available. Ice machines broken. The coffee machine was very dirty. The little shampoo bottle was half empty, probably form the last guest. The whole experience was a disaster.

Zero starts, stay away for your personal safety and health.

Nothing. I hated every inch of it. Actually decided I would rather sleep in the car and did not stay. Staff with an attitude. Large dog chained in front of the office; jumping and barking

Filthy dirty. Pee all over the toilet. Hair and what looked like blood on the sink. Dead bugs everywhere. Nasty bedding/ mattress/ pillows. Smelled horrible. Feared for my safety both personal and health.

I and my fiancé didn’t stay, we got out of there within 10 minutes because of the roaches

Nothing the place is infested with roaches. I didn’t stay and when i asked for a refund the attendant got all nasty. It was the second room i was given because the first room also had roaches. I need a refund because i didnt stay due to the bugs and i have pictures

This was the only available hotel for a last minute reservation on race weekend. Nuff said.

Room smelled like cigarettes and had cigarette burns in sheets. Blankets were stained, foreign hairs on pillowcases. When returning to room after being out for the day, room was unlocked and door ajar. Nothing had been taken, luckily. Shower did not drain, towels were poor quality. Provided wifi was an unsecured network.

The owner was amazing. He went above and beyond. We definitely recommend staying here!! We had been driving all day and had reservations at another hotel. Upon arrival, we were told they didn't have a room for us. Luckily, we found this hotel and we had such a positive experience.

My pet had freedom other than that I didn't like anything about him or the place

Management was very lazy did not have housekeepers did not change trash did not rake leaves laundry facility was dirty no complementary anything had to ask for a clean linnig's and they were stained and soiled there was bugs it was just a bad place to stay the manager was very greedy when I booked online to get a cheaper rate he charged me double for the pet deposit and was very mad that I booked online instead of through the front desk he did not want me to use online booking for anything he said he had to give 30% to them that's why he charged me double pet deposit just very dishonest person refuse to give receipts I had to call the police to get my hotel receipts and then I was not given all of them he said he liked to play with numbers and didn't have to put the information incorrectly if given cash that way IRS could not track

There was an issue with being double charged but the owner JohnnyB was wonderful! He took care if the issue in minutes and even gave my husband and I a free stay. We love this hotel. It is quiet and great spot for my husband and I to get away!
