Disappointed due to the fact the pool was closed and that’s why we booked the hotel, to swim.

Clean hotel, great breakfast. Only got this hotel for the pool for my kids as a getaway and the pool was closed for maintenance. It did not display that anywhere other than the pool door and certainly not when we booked the room or checked in. Could hear lots of people slamming doors and being loud in hallways, kids crying in rooms etc.

Not fun to have to fix a toilet at a hotel.

The toilet did not flush unless we took the back off and flushed it manually. Then we had to manually stop it so it would not keep running.

Pool lines separating swallow from deep water needs to be tighten and bouys replaced. Better directions of traffic flow at breakfast counter. Confusion over which end to start at or just move directly to the breakfast item you want.

It was fine but nothing special. And the aggravation of the long wait to check in was frustration.

They only had 1 person working check in and we were stuck behind and entire little league team trying to check in for multiple rooms. Long wait just to check in.

Other guests made it feel less than secure.

Good location.

Not great vibes from other guests. Lots of folks walking from room to room, and was stopped in hallway by one guess who spoke and appeared high on some drugs. We were also placed in a room that was a long an awkward walk to the pool.

There wasn't a lot to like

I had no hot water and the air conditioner froze up so we had no air conditioning. The room was very hot. Totally disappointing experience would not suggest this hotel to anyone. Total loss of 245 dollars

The pool area was nice & back patio with nice seating,umbrellas, fire pit, grill ect ... beautiful, peaceful...

I didn’t have any issues. The property has a quiet hour policy, which is totally normal and expected; however, I do think that a $250 fine for breaking quiet hours is a bit ridiculous.

Very nice staff and very nice place to stay.

Staff very friendly. Breakfast was good variety and decent hot breakfast. Our room was nice and the bed was very comfy.

Superb

$20.00 to check me in 1hr early was not acceptable. I didn't need access to the room I just didn't want to have to come back as I did and wait in line 20 min while I could have been already checked in. Not good customer service. The room 228 has very cracked tile in the bathroom. It degrades the walls as water gets in doesn't add to the quality and may even hold mold.

Good variety, oatmeal was watery, pretty picked over by 8am.

Our key card reader quit working and we were locked out of our room returning from the pool. The 2 ladies at the front desk were amazing, tried to get us in, promptly called maintenance when they couldn’t and provided towels and blankets so we could get dry and stay warm in the lobby. I commend these 2 reception ladies for their care and attention. It made a situation that could have been very negative much better.
