Elevator out gave us a poor room and are still charging us when we decided not to stay in the room they gave us instead of the room we booked

The pool wasn’t usable on the days we were there. We were able to use a different facility, but that was at least 5 minutes away driving. The rooms could’ve been cleaned a little better. Random hairs in the bathroom and dusty.

the air didn’t work … it was very hot in our room .. no one was at the front desk when we needed more towels..we checked out early because it was hot !

Thr location is great, nice area to walk our dogs.

Our room had no sheets for the pull out bed, food was left in the cupboards, clock was on the wrong time. No coffee available all day. The hotel smelled like weed the whole time. This was my favorite hotel to stay when visiting family. Now im not sure.

Freshness and appearance. Parking lot clean. Small efficient apparent style room. Breakfast was OK but running out of French vanilla? OUCH

Everything was really good until I opened the curtains to find severe water damage in window area. Then the occasional door knob falling off to closet. Bed seems fitted on both edges. You can just tell someone has slept on the bed really badly.

The front desk staff were amazing. They were always smiling and saying hello. Great place to stay. We plan to visit this area again . We will definitely come back

Keycards did not open exterior doors. Bathroom layout was not senior friendly; another grab bar at head end is recommended. Bottom of bathtub was concave which felt unsteady.

Clean Hotel. Big rooms. Good Location, close to highways. Breakfast was limited because of COVID but enough to start the day. Kitchen is equipped.

We are relocating from NJ to Indianapolis so we looked for a Hotel with a kitchen and big accommodations because we needed to "live" there for a while in various trips. Hotel is nice, rooms are big and comfortable, very clean, you can see and smell the cleanliness. My problem was at checkout.... They charged me $100 for a "broken cabinet" which we didn't break, we took good care of everything in the room. When I asked why the lady at front desk said " I do not know, they told me to charge you so I did " what a rude response. No explanation what so ever so I ended up paying for someone else's damage.. Very unfair. Also, not all front desk personnel enforce the mask policy to guests and even one of them parks in the handicap spot !!
