The property was close to where we had to go so that was convenient
The front desk lady was extremely rude , they charged me over a $100 more then what was suppose to be charged I ask abt it and she try to lie and say she didn’t gave me a receipt that look like she charged the right amount until I showed her what they actually took out from my bank through my bank app . Extremely rude I had threaten to call my lawyer and somehow it automaticallyjust happen to appear back in my account

I been coming to the hotel when in town alot been Friday was my last and final visit.. I called to see when my security deposit would be back on my card mind you ive been there more then a dozen times and never had to put a deposit down...but asking for my deposit to the young lady who said she was new ... was very rude me asking for a manager or a corporate number upset her over the phone that she hung up on me twice. ... and didn't answer the phone on the 3rd try when i called back ...the room was horrible 128 because bed wasnt made up ..then got switched to room 153 and the t.v wasn't working in that room and she had no clue to why it wasn't so I asked for a refund she said there was no refund ...I got treated like a nobody
How the lady at the front desk knew nothing and didn't have any customer service skills !!!It was HORRIBLE 463 2029654 is my number if you want to talk on a professional level because that lady you had at working the night shift was horrifying 😕

Location wasn't bad, it was quiet.
Breakfast was pretty crappy. Ran out of juice, eggs were watery and terrible excuse of eggs, building spelled like weed, window screen was broken along with lamp shade.

My drivers license was left or kept at the hotel desk and they failed to let me know that they had possession of the license. I was in Chicago when I realized that I did not have it. I called them as they did not notify and the hotel made it very, very difficult to make amends.

The room was dirty including sheets. Clerk gave me sheets so I could change the sheets. Furniture dirty. Broken lamp. We did not stay. Clerk didn’t know how to give refund referred us to booking.com

Good location, staff did not give me a difficult time about changing rooms when I asked. I was immediately given a new room. The second was in much better condition.
The first room had a smell that wasn’t right. Found black mold on both sides of the mini fridge. Absolutely disgusting. Tried to call the front desk, the phone in the room didn’t work.

Pull out couch was broken, tv didn’t work at first, room was very run down, with peeling paint, very old refrigerator that barely kept food cold. It took 5-10 minutes to even get hot water for a shower.

No bed bugs
Needs a good cleaning, hallways a mess. Reeked of weed most of the night- nauseating, the ceiling in 142 needs some work in a couple spots- one spot immediately, the room had 2 remotes that had to share batteries between the 2 and one didn’t have the back on it making it extra convenient swapping them back and forth. Thankfully we got in late and were out early.

Not much for the simple fact that I had to unload all my items push with cart I'm going to 65 years old I don't have an elbow it was recalled I had to do all that and drag it all the way down to the very last room I had to pay for the extra jacuzzi which I had already ordered and then they I paid cash and then they charge my credit card anyway it wasn't a good time no
I did not like the fact that I had reservations there with a jacuzzi and they said I didn't I've got it here in my phone I proved it to them they didn't and then I had to pay cash for the room that night extra $30 extra $150 for my 5-day stay and I paid $30 cash that night and they charge my card $150 they charge the whole card it was just it I could not get my phone to charge I decided to leave the very next morning and came out my tires were sliced so all together it wasn't a good trip.
