It was a great stay. Good room, friendly staff. I stayed twice in one week; the first time was excellent, so I stayed the second time. The desk clerk the second time recognized I had stayed there a few days earlier.

Great place to stay for those times away from home. With the comfortable beds, morning breakfast, refrigator and microwave in the room, it felt like home. The fact that I had access to the gym area and pool was a plus. I'll definitely be back!

When I got to your hotel, I was told that you were sold out and that you did not have a room available for me. You sent me to another hotel that was supposed to be free of charge and they would not give me a room because the boss would not approve it. I am extremely disappointed in this and do not know if I will stay at another Homewood suites again. I pre-paid for this room four days before I arrived and I should not have been told that the hotel was sold out when I got there.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean and spacious. The amenities were plentiful. The staff was very friendly and offered us an early check-in. The breakfast was grest as well. We loved the location and will book again in the future.

Brand new, beds, ev charging close to restaurants and highway. Only downfall it’s very close to the highway.. that noise was pretty loud. My husband slept right thru it but I had a bit of cold and was sleeping lighter than usual so I heard all night If your a heavy sleeper you’ll be fine, very comfortable otherwise and new

Brand new property - rooms are big, spacious and well lit. Hotel is right off the highway so only a 20 minute Uber to downtown. Highway traffic can be a bit noisy for rooms closer to the highway. Starbucks within a walk.

My experience was bad because someone kept reporting my room for noise complaints even tho I was eating pizza and watching movies and there were soccer teams youth just running up down the hallways knocking on doors playing the elevator yet not one complaint but me and my kids in our room watching movies and eating garners noise complaints and the night clerk was very unprofessional and harassed me and my kids multiple times we actually was in a room whispering trying to communicate absolutely terrible experience

Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast leaves much to be desired. Hot food was not hot. Not even warm. Need steam servers. Should just go with scrambled eggs instead of whatever they were supposed to be. Croissants and biscuits very dry. Waffles were the only redeeming choice.

The hotel felt fairly new and clean. The room was spacious and had all we needed with the little kitchenette. The breakfast was okay for a hotel continental breakfast. We had a couple sticky spots in the carpet in our room. They were pretty minor so I didn’t complain. The bed was comfortable.

Overall it was very nice.Our only concern was breakfast. The room with the food was so small that it could only accomadate maybe 6 people. There were 2 employees replenishing the food from behind which is a great idea by the way! But the front where the people are helping themselves to the food was absolutely being neglected and there was food droppings all over. The offeri ngs were top of the line I must say. The containers were not sufficient for removing food with tongs. There was a line for the waffle maker which was 10 deep outside the door. It would take 20 minutes for 5 people to make a waffle. I've stayed in alot of different hotels and have never seen such a small room designed like that. On busy times with Grand Park a 20 min drive the breakfast area should have been given more thought. There was no visible manager to be found which was strange given the amount of customers. Other than the breakfast situation everything was fine

Great for families massive room with AC, microwave, other kitchen utensils as well. Rooms are not cleaned daily. Supposed to be alternate days and despite requesting room wasn’t cleaned one of the days. Staff are okay but reception staff always busy on their phones watching you tube videos even during the day so didn’t find that very professional. Breakfast was good with some variety in daily selections. Decent pool and good size gym. Ample parking.
