Great Customer Service, Dog Friendly

The staff made my kids feel welcome and were great about our dog being with us. The hotel has a doggy potty area complete with complimentary poop bags.

The pull out sofa bed couldn't be used as a bed because the support had been snapped

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast could have been a little better ( more of a selection) and the use of bowels for hot cereal. The room size was nice.

The TV in the living area did not work. The shower curtain was to short for the tub, it let water run all over the floor. This made it a slipping factor.

Disgusting.

It was close to my event.

The room smelled overly sweet like a carpet floor clearer was put down to cover something up. The floor in the room by the kitchen was sticky. There was supposed to be a couch/pull out bed, the only furniture in the living space was two end tables. The TV powered on but one remote didn't work at all and the other remote when it navigated to TV said no signal. In the morning, the room smelled like urine - not from me. The breakfast was nurtigrain bars and bagged muffins and the area was worn.

Needs a little updating, landscaping was over running with thistles, My door to room was not shut all the way when I entered the room first time. A bit scary. Bottom of bathtub look like some one scratched it with a screwdriver.

I didn’t like the fact that it was a lot of drug using people who stay here. I didn’t like the appearance of the front desk staff. Rooms needed to be deeply cleaned. The Gm had a nasty attitude and was not friendly

I loved the facility! It was much cleaner than other cheaper hotels in the area, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I also thought the location was perfect, we had a pretty lazy weekend get away, but there were enough food places and stores close enough to be comfortable.

We used some of their kitchen appliances and dishes, and the coffee maker had an old filter with old coffee in it still. That was the only dislike I can say!

Horrific.

There was nothing to like about this place.

The smell of the place was horrible. Cigarettes and pot. There was mouse droppings in the pull out bed. The room they moved us too, which was “non smoking” smelled like it had been smoked in right before we walked in. Was so bad. My kids were gagging and we got back to the hotel late and there were no other rooms available.
