This is a good moderately priced hotel and we will stay here again when we come back to Indy.

The bed was comfortable, room was big, several restaurants close by and the staff was pleasant.

We try to always stay at a Holiday Inn Express when we go out of town. This one was clean and the desk staff was wonderful.

The breakfast was not good. We tried to eat there the first morning and did not like it at all. The staff taking care of the food and dining area was rude.

It was great!

We got in after 1am and the front door was locked. Which I actually loved. You can only get in if you have your room key. Makes you feel safe! Jasmine at the front desk was beyond sweet! For it being 1:30am she was kind, informative & very helpful. The beds in the room were so comfortable! We had been in a different hotel for the last 4 nights and these beds were by far the best out of the bunch!

Disappointing but got the job done.

Easy location.

Where to start. This room was absolutely filthy. Dried on gunk/grime on the walls, stains all over the carpet, mold or electrical burns coming out of where the AC is plugged in? I let my 9 month old play on the ground before I realized how filthy it was and when I picked him up his knees were black! The only saving grace was that the beds and bedding were clean. The property was quiet and it served its purpose so we could attend a medical appointment at Riley’s, just wish it had been cleaner.

Overall the room was okay but not to the standards of most of the Holiday Inn Express that I have stayed in. The shower

The front desk clerk that was there on Friday was very helpful and nice. It ended on Friday, the rest of the staff was nonchalant and not helpful. I asked for more towels on Saturday morning as we were preparing for a funeral. The front clerk said he didn’t have any and continued doing what he was doing. Saturday evening, we still didn’t have any towels so I asked the front desk clerk, she went to look for some and came back with only small towels. She stated that due to the large number of guest, they were low on towels. This is the first time that I have heard of that because most hotels that I visit always have a huge supply of towels. I had to go to Walmart and purchase towels.

Amazing place to stay

One of the nicest places I've stayed. I've stayed in some $300/night hotels that were not as nice as this place. Super clean. Comfortable. Had the double queen and it was more room than I could ask for. Full size Dove products for use. Everything was spotless. Lots of places to charge my phone. Back lighting every where.

Breakfast was not the best. Front desk staff was not that friendly upon checking in or checking out. Like its a job and I didn't matter? But the facilities are what matters to me and I can't say enough good things about my room.

Great Hotel!!!

The guys at the front desk smiled and welcomed us like we were family. They were very friendly and helpful. 🙂 The room was clean, smelled fresh, and the beds were soooo comfortable. We all slept very well. My kids loved that the pool was inside the hotel. The free breakfast was very good. They had a variety of food to choose from. My overall stay was well worth the money. I definitely recommend this hotel for a good night stay.

The only thing that I disliked was that the shower didn't have a lot of water pressure. Really wasn't anything to complain about though.
