Room was very clean. Bed was most comfortable I’ve had at a hotel. Staff were very nice.
The pool had a lot of scum on the surface. It needed better upkeep.

Easy to get to. Close to everything. Very clean. Good breakfast.
My only complaint was the shower. We stayed in a suite and the bathroom was nice and big. But the shower handle was on the opposite side of the door so you have to get in it to turn it on so you’re hit with a cold blast of water. And then it took a long time for the water to get warm. It never actually got hot and I had it turned all the way over to the hot side.

Hotel clean, room was functional, parking was easy.
The pool was kind of dirty, received a noise complaint from the room below but we were put on the second floor with 3 kids under 3. They weren’t loud but they crawled and ran. They are kids.

The front desk clerk that was there on Friday was very helpful and nice. It ended on Friday, the rest of the staff was nonchalant and not helpful. I asked for more towels on Saturday morning as we were preparing for a funeral. The front clerk said he didn’t have any and continued doing what he was doing. Saturday evening, we still didn’t have any towels so I asked the front desk clerk, she went to look for some and came back with only small towels. She stated that due to the large number of guest, they were low on towels. This is the first time that I have heard of that because most hotels that I visit always have a huge supply of towels. I had to go to Walmart and purchase towels.
