The staff were amazing. The room had several dead bugs on the carpet by the bed, the bathtub had visible dirt, and both

The lady that checked us in was nice but the lady in the morning was hateful.

Terrible I’ll never book a courtyard room again.

Firstly I was mislead on breakfast I thought the breakfast was included it wasn’t.

The room I was in was raunchy they need to upgrade the couch and chair in the room was dirty and had a smell to it also the room I booked never was cleaned so they clerk had to switch us to the room we got which was not cleaned as it should have I also asked the clerk if the housekeepers could come clean the room empty trash and get dirty towels they never came to clean the dirty towels were still there and the trash it was horrible I’ll never book another courtyard room in my life!!

Double Charged-3party pitfall

I liked the bed was very comfortable and pillows were decent quality.

I didn't like that I paid through Booking.com and I was told that the room was paid for by Booking.com. However, when I attempted to check into the hotel the hotel said that my room wasn't paid for and only reserved. Yet money had already been taken through Afterpay by Booking. So, I paid about $150 when arriving to the hotel and booking charged in $150. After the Afterpay payments are taking I would have paid twice for the room. Instead of the $150...I was charged $300 altogether after the Afterpay payments go through. I would like a refund.

The manager Ricky is exceptional with trying to please everyone. He was able to accommodate my request for a double queen and he is attentive. I did not like asking for towels and the housekeeping staff did not check in to see if we wanted our room cleaned or to empty garbage daily. I did not like no microwave in the room. A shared microwave on each floor is not appropriate when you have a full house and not able to fulfill the needs of guests.

Location was a short distance from the convention center for a fraction of the price of the downtown location. Pool was nice and clean. Overall quiet.

Marriot is the hotel chain I have sought out since we have always had 'exceeded expectations'. This Marriot felt like it was a Super 8 but they put Marriot label on it. Shower was skinny, towels were scratchy, bed was high, sofa love seat was too deep, and comforter was ratty/had stains. Room was small.

We had a great stay and were very pleased with the price, service, accommodations and our room!

There was plenty of free parking when we arrived. We were greeted promptly and check in was a breeze. When we got to our room it exceeded our expectations, was very clean and well put together. The size of the room was amazing. We had TONS of outlets to plug in our family of 4's tonnage of electronics. The TV was a great size. Beds were very comfy with plenty of linens and pillows the sleep comfortably. Plenty of towels, wash clothes and hand towels. The facility was super quiet, barely heard a noise all stay unless we were standing close to the door. Our 7 year old LOVED the pool and was the highlight of her trip. All in all a great experience!

If I had to nit pick anything, in our room there was a small section of carpet pulled up to the right of the air conditioning unit and a piece of 2x4 under the unit holding it up. The lamp above the night stand was broken on the right side and hanging slightly lower then the left. There were blemishes in the wallpaper behind the beds and a few blemishes in the dry wall, one above the blinds and one on the ceiling. All of these were only noticed when nit picking the room. Our stay was great and the room exceeded my expectations. It was our families first time staying in a Marriott.

This Location was a Win

I liked the location of the room. There was a balcony facing a beautiful body of water. That created a calm, relaxing environment. There was a beautiful mural at the headboard and the furniture has hints of turquoise, which is my favorite color. The stay was a win!

They didn’t give me the room I booked, and the one I got was poor.

it was convenient to where I needed to get to, and it was clean. There wasn't any complimentary breakfast, but at least they had coffee in the lobby. There is very little I liked about this hotel. I won't be coming back.

I booked a king room, and when I entered my room, it was two queens, and the room was set up for people who need accommodations. Consequently, the shower had a handle that I needed to hold the entire time which made showering, cumbersome, and not relaxing. When I called down to ask if they had a different room, they said that they oversold the king rooms and they were out. It’s frustrating to not get what I booked. Additionally, I was right next to the ice machine and the elevator so I had to hear the loud beep of the elevator and the dropping of ice pretty consistently. The walls were so thin that you could hear every single conversation from people in the hallway and other rooms. The staff wasn't helpful, or overly concerned. This is one of the worst Marriott experiences I have had and will make me think twice before booking with them again.

It was terrible, from room service to our two days stay.

The breakfast should have been free to the guests, but was not. No microwave in room, no open bar as was advertised, no one came to check on us, no one accommodated us with room service, no one came to see if the room needed cleaned, we had to track down someone to service us, the elevator didn't work we had to carry all of our luggage up the stairs. We we're NOT satisfied at all!!!!! Very poor service!

Right off the highway I needed. clean rooms nice TV.

I changed rooms because the balcony door would not lock (and was left open when I got there), and the second room on the first floor had an unlocked window. When you are a woman traveling alone you can’t be too careful. manager needs to let the cleaning crew know to always check and lock windows and balconies. Luckily the front desk staff was responsive and understanding.
