Hotel staff less than helpful. Room hallways poorly lit. No hairdryer in room despite advertising. Hotel staff not helpful at all, and I ended up having to buy and have a hairdryer delivered to use. Overpriced for what you get. Hotel is dated. Independently owned. Notes about security at front desk. We had no issues with our car or belongings but I didn’t sleep well thinking about it. Air conditioning in room loud and couldn’t figure out how to regulate it. Battery on thermostat read low. Not worth the money. Rating would be 2.5 stars

Watch for bugs

Staff is amazing. Room was newly remodeled and very comfortable.

No ice machines working, no power in the area that had drinks for sale, the next morning I turned on the light and found a bug in my room on the 4th floor. Showed the front desk a picture and they said that makes me itch. I asked what I needed to do to protect myself and they said shake out my clothes. Lots of furniture outside in the parking lot

I didn’t. This is a transient facility. Lazy staff. Fortunately it was just an overnight stop.

Close to where we were going for the weekend. The office manager is amazing and definitely does her job correctly!

I didn't like that I was there 5 days 4 night & housekeeping never came to see if I needed service. I had to get towels and bed covering from the front desk & change the bed myself.

Everything else, the room was not clean, the smell of smoke was so strong we had to purchase a candle to stand the smell. This was reported to the front desk and we were told well all the rooms are non-smoking. I would not recommend or stay again.
