Very well calm stay

I enjoyed the breakfast and room.

The pool has some sand particles at the bottom. It needs some work to make the boundaries transparent. The noise of people’s outside can be is audible in the bedroom and also from the neighbour room. They don’t collect trash everyday.

Nice place. Booking.com messed up our reservation over an hour to check in at 2:30am

Nice and clean. Nice breakfast. Easy to get to right off the interstate.

Booking.com messed up our registration somehow so when we arrived at 2:30am, the hotel didn’t have our reservation. It took over an hour to check in. We were exhausted from driving all night. Don’t get in our room until 3:35am. This should never have happened.

We had a great stay and had a lot of fun at the pool.

The staff was very friendly and attentive.

My only issue was with the scrambled eggs that were served as part of the breakfast. You can tell they aren't real eggs, but powdered or some other artificial or processed product that tasted really bad.

Very easy to find. Great neighborhood. Across the street was a shopping center with several eating options. Super comfortable bed.

Stayed during a very busy convention in town and the young convention goers where up until late in the evening partying n the hall outside our room.

Not sure what was going on with the carpet but it was soaked. No room service for cleaning room and towels. Channels on television were not great. If you did not have Netflix then you had no choice. Need better cable for the room rate.

Friendliest staff and awesome breakfast!

Some of the friendliest and most helpful staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in (thank you Rhonda and Ricky!). I had an online meeting midday and they gave us a late check-out no problem, which was incredibly helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet and the breakfast was great! Delicious scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, an oatmeal bar, toast, bagels, etc. Little touches like packets of Frank’s hot sauce and fresh salsa were really appreciated. You can tell they really care here about their guests’ experience. We’ve been staying in hotels across the country for a month and this was by far our favorite.

Rooms were very clean

Pool room electricity went out while my child snd i were swimming! I was SO UNCOMFORTABLE with how breafast attendant hovered so closely as i got food for my child and i. I get their there to help with breakfast... but the closeness of her body to mine was too much for me. Also it should be a disclaimer on the website that extra charges will be added until they decide we didn't damage their room
