Do I really have to stay here

Customer service was nice

This property is in need of an upgrade. I got the king suite with a hot tub and it was horrible. The wall around the tub was all broken up the hallway smelled like animal pee. It just smelt really bad in there and the carpets were filthy. The hot tub was dirty. My husband had to clean it out for us.

They put us in a dirty room bed wasn’t even made so we had to wait for another room. The breakfast was horrible. It just sits there from six all all the way until nine never refreshed.

Great place to stay that is close to everything!

Room was improved very nicely since last visit in November 2024. Renovations were going on last year. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast choices were plentiful and good. The staff at check and and check out were very pleasant. We will visit again next time we are in town.

The Baymont Wyndham served its purpose. It was only 9 minutes from the wedding we attended.

The dining area was very soiled by children who were unsupervised . This was not the fault of the staff. Just poor parenting that is prevalent in our culture today.

The body wash bottle in the shower was empty, but not a big deal, I just used the shampoo.

The fact you also have to pay 100$ deposit that was not included in rates online. I wasted valuable hours i couldn't afford to waste going all the way out there on a public bus at 11 at night only to be told I had to pay 100 more dollars to check in!!!

We didn’t get to the room to late so when we got in there the floor wasn’t vaccum on top of next to the bed house keeping didn’t clean up garbage from people before us! We didn’t complain because we were tired. But we will not be back!

They could have put us in a decent room to start with instead of waiting until we complained. The first room we were put in the toilet wouldn't flush and the walls were falling apart. They didn't even apologize, she just grudgingly gave us another room.

yuck, JUST YUCK!

There literally were not any good things about this location and I'm kicking myself in the butt for not taking pictures. This facility was so bad that we checked in and went to our room and then immediately checked out.

elevator was out of order, the stairway smelled like urine/weed coverd up with cologne, 2nd floor main hallway had trash in hallways and smelled like weed, our hallway smelled like urine, our room was wide open when we got to it (we arrived at 4:30 and check-in was at 3pm so it should have already been ready for us) and my husband found wads of hair in the shower/tub and all over the bathroom floor and sink among other things that we didn't even know what it was. This location was very poorly maintained and should not be able to even take reservations at all due to the state of it. It was absolutely embarrassing to bring my family there.

Slept well lots of room but the bathroom needs improvement

Clean, price was good, my wife and I slept well on the beds.

Bathroom sucked and the backside of the TV STAND was pulling apart. The room needed updating for sure. I asked for a handle cap room expecting a taller toilet it was a short toilet and miserable for me to use. The tub in the shower stall was very slippery.

I hate that I had to be on the 2nd floor with 2 dogs but they did put me close to the stairs which is close to the outside. The room smelled bad and I didn’t have a working tv for 2 days and the lady working the front desk would’ve been fine with me not having one for a third day. She got an attitude and acted like it was my fault why I didn’t have a tv. She claimed the maintenance man came to my room but was scared of my dogs but I was in the room and he never came till I said it wasn’t right that I didn’t have a working tv for 2 days. The claim they only let service dogs stay at the hotel but that’s a lie because I only have one service dog since I had to pay 20$ a day for the other dog. I mentioned them having an area for dogs and I got the only service dogs stay and that’s not a lot when there was a lot of dogs that stayed the time I was there. They have a big enough property to have something for just dogs or at least an area that has dog bags to clean up their mess because there’s an issue at that hotel or hire someone that would clean the grounds. I asked if they had someone because i was looking for any kind of job at that time and was told they have someone when clearly they didn’t. The pool area looks like a swamp and they charge a 100$ in case something happens to the room. 20$ a day for everyday you stay with a non service animal that you don’t get back. I’ve been waiting on the 100$ but have a feeling some reason I won’t get it. Also asked for change to do laundry and was told to get it from the vending machine what happens when someone can’t get change from it? Probably have to go next door to Cracker Barrel to get it.

Cheap but got what we paid for

The bedskirt was filthy. You could tell it never gets pulled off the bed to be washed. There was evidence in the shower that it did not get cleaned between the previous people and us. Also, the walls around the toilet are in desperate need of a cleaning. 20 minutes in to breakfast, the staff had put basically all of the food available on plates to take with them and then scolded a customer for trying to take plates of food to his room

Love they use dove products in rooms. A/C gets cold!! Refrigerator is a great size if staying more than 1 day very beneficial!!

I don’t know what time breakfast is to catch it. Staff tried to give me a room with incorrect beds. Beds were stiff & uncomfortable. Rooms could use fresh paint jobs and better cleaning. Staff van do a better job with being hospitable. (Not on the personal phone). My room key only worked for 1 day out of 2 day stay.

The very worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Not much. The bed was comfortable and the WiFi worked without problems. The linen was clean when I arrived and the air-conditioning worked.

The pool that had been a factor in selection was closed for maintenance and seemed to be derelict. The entrance and elevator were dirty (I don't normally notice these things, so I'm not very picky) The staff were scruffy, uncommunicative and extremely unhelpful to the point of surly rudeness (e.g. "my shift hasn't started yet" when asked a simple question). Another party was given keys to my room. I had to leap naked from bed to deal with two young males who loudly entered my room on my first evening. When I complained about this experience at the front desk, the attendant just shrugged his shoulders. Apparently dealing with evening intruders is normal at this hotel. Not even an apology! During a five day stay I was not offered any clean linen and my garbage was never emptied. When I asked at the desk to arrange a taxi for the airport I was told curtly to "Über" myself. When I explained that I didn't have an Über App, I was inexplicably told there were no taxis in Indianapolis. (There are actually).
