The check in kiosk. It improves the quality of life for the check in associate and was easy and efficient.
The security guard was bored and underutilized.

The location is super convenient. Our room was clean. Plenty of parking. Quiet during our stay. Checking in amd out was easy. Bed was comfortable, great water pressure and temperature.
Check-in was virtual. Not that it was bad, just awkward.
The room we booked was non-smoking and our room did not smell like it at all. The hallway to our room did smell like smoke.

Not much, really.
Everything was "cheap." Cheap towels, cheap breakfast ingredients, cheap and rundown property. This place was on the edge of being a dump.
