No one on site after hours so i paid for a stay through Hotels.com that i didnt even get to use. Apparently it is a shared building hotel with the Royal hotel. After realizing no one was there for me to check-in, i asked the Royal about getting a room just for 4 hours and the ass hole working was trying to charge me $120 for a few hours. I decided to drive on home and as i left i drove around the building and it looked like a lot of very shady business was going on. Highly recommend staying away.

Check-in was slow as there was nobody at the desk when we arrived. Waited 10-15 minutes for the front desk person to show up. The room rates were very budget friendly, and this is definitely not a high end property, but you get what you pay for. We were there for the NHRA U.S. Nationals, so we weren't in the room much, but it was cheap and convenient. Room furniture could be updated, but overall, it was a good stay. Staff was friendly.

It was nice place to lay my head in a fairly underfunded neighborhood, it wasn’t too active and I felt safe. It was also quiet enough to get a good nights sleep. Upon walking in, you can tell that people have definitely smoked in the hallways at one point, but the rooms are clean and don’t hold any odor. Housekeeping was fantastic, I did request extra pillows because I needed to elevate my ankles after long walks at the convention center, but I managed to make it okay. Definitely bring your own soap though, for an “extended stay” the soap is the size of two quarters stacked together so it will barely last a single shower. The small fridge, kitchenette and microwave definitely came in handy, and was clean and ready for use. May definitely book again for next year!

The propertywas great for what we needed. The room was clean and the staff friendly. There was a conjoined hotel connected to the property for long-term tennents who were often a bit noisey at some parts of the evening. There was also part of the parking lot was used to store U-hauls so there was plenty of parking space but we did not have a vehicle. There was a nearby busstop that brought you right down town, which was very helpful.

Not a fancy hotel but was upgraded to a bigger room due to an early check in. Very unexpected and greatly appreciated. Could have made us wait till check in time. Very clean with nice features - kitchenette with sink, cooktop, microwave and refrigerator. Very quiet. Very comfortable. I would stay here again. Priced right. Only thing missing was a mirror in the room.

When checking out I told him that a lady(guest) asked me for a shower towel because her own room didn’t have any. I gave her some. The front desk questioned me on why I did that, and he was’t happy. He said he was keeping the $35 deposit because of that. I was not happy, I was just being responsible telling him that and being nice to someone.

Not sure why there wasn't a mirror in my or my friend's room. No chair in my room, friend had at least a usable 4 legged chair. I appreciated the vinyl plank flooring. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioner worked well. When I first entered the room the smoke detector was chirping. The television in 151 has bad pixels and should be replaced. I payed about half price of normal by booking 7 months ahead and I did get a better experience than I expected.

Check in went very smooth. The manager told us to look at the room and make sure we liked it, said if we didn't he could move us across the hall. The room was fine. The place is older, but was clean. The tub had a hole of sorts that had a rubber mat over it so you really did not see it and did not affect showering. The ice machine was great, always had ice when I topped off my cooler. The manager was quick to bring me an additional wash cloth when they only gave us one for two of us. Was a very short drive to IMS. It worked for us as we were not in the room very often. I would stay again.

Terrible place! I came late and couldn’t get inside also couldn’t reach anybody with the number they had listed to call. So basically I prepaid for a hotel and didn’t even stay in it!

Entire place smelt like weed all the through the halls, sketchy people were hanging around the building and in the parking lot was afraid to leave my car out there over night. And when we checked out we left the room in perfect condition and exactly how we found it but they kept our deposit anyway. When we called about it and tried to fix it and get it back they lied and said they already refunded it but they obviously didn’t since it was reflected in my bank account there was no refund. Overall I would not stay here again and would recommend anyway to stay away.

Woke up late and had to pack witha newborn baby who also needs tended too, they were very pushy about me leaving, kept knocking and interrupting me packing, and i even offered to pay foe another night if they coukd just wait for my pay check to come in at 1 but they refused.

I called the desk for sheets and towels, hours after housekeeping rounded due to having an accident. The manager and housekeeper came to the room and the manager questioned me about why I needed these things after telling housekeeping I didn’t need anything. I explained I had an accident and he told me he would need to come into the room to check. I was very uncomfortable with is and just told them both nevermind and I would figure it out myself.
