This was a nice hotel. The room was really cool the way it was set up the fridge did not work so well. And that’s something I will use since I stay. I stayed there for four nights microwave worked it had two TVs that was awesome. It was just really nice and the breakfast was so good.

It would have been fantastic if the elevator would be in working order. It would occasionally not want to close the doors or not. Go to the floor you wanted, and when you're on the third floor with bad knees that poses a problem other than that.It was fine if the elevator worked, I would do it again.

The beds were comfortable and we slept well. Tried to heat something ip n microwave n it started sparking. No conditioner in the shower. Mold around caulk n stain in toilet bowl. Ypung lady at front desk was very nice!

Let me start by saying that it should be illegal for this establishment to put the word “Quality” next to anything these people do, say, or own. If this review is too long for you, that should speak volumes right there. We reserved a room a month in advance for our trip to GenCon. On the final leg of our journey, about an hour away, we were called and notified that our room had a “problem with the AC” and would not be available. They would not offer any compensation for this inconvenience, but did offer a refund of the room - or an alternative room. I should have taken the deal, and booked almost anywhere else. When we first arrived, I was immediately taken aback by the dark lighting, dingy conditions and cold atmosphere. It was something akin to a dive bar, and I was sure that we’d be staying in room 1408. Naturally, after many long hours on the road, the first thing we did was attempt to utilize their concessions for a drink. The grimy, greasy machine spat out its tiny portions of juice and water, which was a relief for the moment. These would be gone an hour later, presumably removed by the hotel staff to save on expenses. I should mention: another thing that surely could have become an issue was the parking lot. There were not nearly as many parking spaces as there were rooms – probably around 18 total parking spaces. As well, I saw a total of 2 different employees during my thankfully short visit – which definitely would explain the poor conditions.

After reviewing reviews, I was a bit concerned, but the more recent ones made me feel better. We were pleased with the little suite that gave my sister and I plenty of room. Our room was by the lobby and we didn't hear a thing. Very quiet and the room was very clean. Could use some work on the water in the bathroom. Not much pressure and it took awhile to get hot water also the bathroom sink didn't drain. Overall it was a good stay the breakfast was the best I've seen in hotel for awhile.

Visited for a spontaneous one-night getaway with the family. Had an accident that required me to need another night's stay. Adding the additional night was an incredibly smooth process, and I didn't even have to switch rooms. It's definitely no-frills, but the room was great with two TVs, two beds, and a pull-out couch.

Upon arriving at my check-in time, I, along with another customer, waited twenty minutes at the front desk before calling the number listed on the sign that states “Busy with guest, be back momentarily.” The guy who answered said he would be there right away. Five minutes later, he came and checked me in. Getting into my room, I see that the TVs lack remotes and there is orange powder residue on my blankets. I tried the breakfast my first morning here, and the gravy was cold that came straight from the warmer. The man preparing the breakfast was aware I was getting it and even watched as I ate, but said nothing. The hotel offers ice through an ice machine on the first floor, so I went and tried to get some. A piece of chewed gum came out of the ice machine. I was happy that there is washer/dryer provided, as advertised on Hotels.com and other places where this is listed. However, I notice that the washer and dryer must be paid for separately by quarters. This hotel is already being paid for, and guests have to pay for this service separately? This is not an included amenity; it is separate. This is a scam. Lastly, the staff don’t acknowledge you as you enter and exit, but they just play and talk on their phones or just stare at you, even if you say hi. Vending machine has expired food. I never got room service past the first day. Don’t bother coming here unless you’re strapped for money. Get an AirBnB or an apartment rented out as a “hotel” instead.

It was an average property at best. Our room was dirty, paint peeling and lots of mold in the bathroom. The air was cold but no hot water. I would not stay there again.

I was in a pinch and had to stay here upon arrival. The front desk help seemed as if I was really inconveniencing him upon my arrival. When I opened the door to my room at first glimpse, it seemed doable, but after going into the bathroom and seeing a dirty shower and then flushing the toilet to literally feeling the floor shake to the walls rattling I was quite disappointed, then I went to two different vending machines both were out of order so you couldn’t find drinks or snacks anywhere in this hotel and also the elevator was broken and when I asked about this, they said just take the stairs and don’t even get me started on the most uncomfortable noise bed I’d ever been on.so my suggestion is do not ever stay here. You will not feel safe nor clean.

Nice, clean and spacious with all the amenities. But the ice machine was not working on my floor (1st). When making reservations, a $100 security deposit wasn't mentioned until you are checking in after you are charged for the room.

This is a hotel that is convenient for me when Im in town and Im in town about 1 night monthly. The amenities in the room, 2 tvs, fridge and kitchette are a plus. No frills just basic but clean with free breakfast or right next door is Bob Evans Front staff is helpful and fixed cable tv pretty easily

Well, first off online it says it was pet friendly, but when I get there it was not it said no pets allowed when my key did not work, and the manager came upstairs to find out why the key didn’t work, he barged in my room because of misunderstanding he thought that I said the heat didn’t work when I asked him why he was coming in the room and what he wanted in my room he did not respond. He totally ignored me and then asked me do you have a dog I said yes I have a dog although he could clearly see that I had a dog he said well there was a $10 charge for having a dog I said no he’s a service dog and then he was very upset because he said OK I’m allergic to dogs , and again, what does that have to do with you being in my room the room was not very clean at all was itching the whole time I was in there the fridge raider did not close all the way. Therefore, food and drinks was not cold the so-called breakfast was very awful. It was more like everything was in a can , or the eggs was powdered eggs or something I have no idea there was only some type of ham that was more like lunchmeat. The total service there was just awful. There was never anybody at the desk there was two TVs in my room, one which did not work I was asking for a receipt three times and I was told that it would be emailed to me , I never received a receipt then when I was there, I was told that I had to give $100 deposit that was not stated online I definitely will not return!!!!!!
