Location:
The guest house is located right inside the major highway loop, 465, just off of Meridian & 96th street Nora. This quaint little neighborhood in the far north side of Indianapolis will have everything you need. The popular Monon Trail is less than a mile away and is great for walking & biking. All of the essentials are within a mile or two as well - Target, Kroger, Aldi, Whole Foods & Total Wine. The city of Carmel is just up the road, Broad Ripple is a short 10 minute drive down College Ave, & just 10 miles south is the center of downtown Indianapolis.

The Guest House:
You'll enter the guest house through a separate entrance. The home is surrounded by a large privacy fence, giving you your own drive & backyard to enjoy during your stay.

Inside you'll find a large living space open to a modern kitchen with butcher block countertops, a large breakfast bar, and sliding barn doors. The living space is filled with large windows & a sliding glass door that opens up into your own private backyard.

The bedroom is separate from the living space allowing for a quiet space while others might still be up. Connected to the bedroom is a private bathroom with heated tile floors and a huge walk-in shower. The bathroom is well equipped with towels and soaps.

Some of the other amenities you'll find include a washer and dryer equipped with detergent and dryer sheets, a generous amount of coffee, a large couch for you to relax on, and a TV equipped with Roku for all your streaming needs.

Access:
After booking, you will receive a personalized access code to the smart lock on the front door. This allows for seamless access during your stay.

You'll have access to everything behind the main house inside the privacy fence. This includes a paved driveway & private backyard with a deck!

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood less than 1 mile from the famous Monon Trail. Tall mature trees grow throughout the neighborhood, and residents of the neighborhood regularly stroll the streets with their dogs and kids.
