Great location for the early St Vincent hospital appointment and good Price.

Price and Location only 10 Minutes away from St. Vincent hospital. Rom was nice bed was comfortable. Surprised that could not hear the traffic noise. Lobby was really nice. Didn't try the breakfast because of the 7:30 am appointment at the hospital.

When checking out at 7:15 am there was nobody at the desk, so left the room card on the counter by the keyboard for the computer.

My stay was okay, but it could have been better.

The property was beautiful and it was very clean.

The pool area was extremely cold. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and it was too small. The shampoo nozzle was broken.

Not bad for the price

Lobby was very nice and looked to have plenty of options. Room was clean and the price was not horrible.

Water got warm but never hot for a shower. Bed is NOT a true king. Was about 6” shy of being wide enough for a king and a few inches too short for a king. Tv was placed in a very awkward place to watch from bed. Advertised with pull out sofa but just had a small loveseat in the room.

We were not able to use the pool and never once in the phone calls or while booking where we told the pool would be unavailable. The original room they put us in the air conditioning did not work! They did move us to another room the next day after complaining. The first person when we checked in was very nice, after shift change not so much.

Great location, spacious!

The AC didn’t work in the bedroom but the staff (gentleman) was very accommodating in offering us another room. The older night shift woman was always very nice, but the other one with dark hair was just as rude as last year when we complained about her. Yelling and chasing down our kids, verbally assaulting other hotel guests telling them to “parent their children” when the kids were sitting right there with their parents merely talking. This was all video recorded. When asking for fresh towels at the desk, they were rude about it and threw the towels at us. The milk at breakfast was expired and we were told that’s all there was. The hot tub is still out of order from last year!

The Rude Front Desk Clerk

The hotel was great. Unfortunately, there was a particular staff member who was very rude to my party. We'd booked 18 rooms for the weekend and was there to celebrate a family members 80th birthday. This particular staff member was 4he only one who constantly gave us a problem. On the evening of the second night of our stay, we returned from our event to find the front desk area completely dark. We were having trouble assisting some of our elderly guests with getting into the building, as it was raining, and the absence of lights made things that much more dangerous. When we asked about the lack of lighting, we were told by the rude staff member to go to our rooms and stop asking questions or leave the property. Unsatisfied with her answer,several of the guests in my party began to complain about her lack of customer service. The desk clerk continued to threaten to call the police if we didn't disperse. We decided that we would report the incident to the corporate office. An incident report was taken, and to their credit, the corporate office decided to refund each of the guests involved a one night stay. While the hotel, all the other staff members, and the corporate office were great, this rude front desk person made the hotel stay a disaster.

Good location for me! The gal in Reception was amazing. Some problems getting my European CC to work in their system but she persisted and finally everything went through and I got a room on the top floor!

No breakfast option …. save for a grab bag and coffee in the morning. Very poor considering the price. (In comparison Microtel Inn at the airport on the previous night provided a very satisfying breakfast .. at 1/4 the price )?

The bed was very comfortable, it had a clean nice bathroom and loved the balcony.

Well for one I got charged 50 dollars more than it said on booking. No vending machine. I paid $7 dollars for 2 drinks. There was maybe 6 cars in the parking lot and they put us in a room right next to other people that was far away from the front desk. All the breakfast was put up before 9am. Front desk wasn’t bad but they acted “put out” when I asked for a drink. No microwave in the room. TV is in a weird place. The bed being comfortable is the only reason we didn’t leave early.

Front desk was lackluster at best. Staff very unfriendly. Generally ugly hotel. No continental breakfast of any kind. The attendant who strolled over to SELL us coffee wasn't trained on how to use the machine so we drove to Starbucks. Our room wasn't cleaned when we asked. The location is hard to get to. It all feels old and run down and VERY VERY OVERPRICED.
