When we got to our room there was dried urine all over the toilet seats . Bathroom door wouldn’t shut , rooms door didn’t lock properly. Bathroom was gross . You have to pay for breakfast which i was unaware of . I paid an absurd amount to stay in a hotel where only the front portion is new and the rooms were gross. so don’t be fooled by the photos . The room portion is an old building they added on to. And the walk to your rooms from the front is ridiculous. The guy who runs breakfast however was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. This would not be a place I would choose to stay again . Over priced

The evening desk staff were great! One man was Chase and I didn’t catch the other gentleman’s name. Both were courteous and went above and beyond to be helpful. Our rooms were both clean and well taken care of. The fitness and pool areas were also great and clean. The breakfast was well worth the extra $5 charge. Lots of fresh fruit, which was a pleasant surprise. We were hoping for “hotel waffles” but there were enough other options. The only irritant was that our keys didn’t work well, but that wasn’t an impossible challenge.

Parking area was safe and well lit in the evening. Overall appearance was very clean and modern. Room was clean and comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights. Our stay was comfortable. We would have liked having our room tidied up each morning without asking to have it done (i.e. bed made and more towels).

The room and facility was very clean although just a bit outdated but still an excellent stay. The food in the on-site restaurant was excellent!! The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.

The clerk that checked me in was helpful. He did fail to mention that the breakfast (after I shared with him my additional guest and that we would be eating breakfast), that I needed to get tickets. I learned of the this the next morning while attempting to dine. The night help showed up 10mins before the hour that the pool closed, and wanted me and my crew out so that he could service the area. Of course I advised him to speak with the clerk to confirm the time we were expected out. The hit/cold water label in the shower was upside down, and the water never heated past lukewarm. However, the sink water was piping hot! I had to call down for more linen due to their only being two washcloths/ 4towels in the room, for 5guest! The reviews posted is what encouraged my decision to book two rooms, but I learned otherwise. Anyone traveling with children know how stressful things can get when you have to go over things multiple times, and keep a group of children in order!

POS system per bartender was not accepting AMEX. This I found rather odd since my AMEX was accepted to book the room. When asked to charge it to my room, there seemed to be some level of pushback as well. I did eventually charge it to my room-but this seemed to be a theme amongst other patrons. Again, Odd.

Victor was an amazing front desk host. He was friendly and willing to help with anything. He is a definite asset to your organization. The only bad part was the fire alarm testing in the morning with no notice. Not fun when I was in the shower and my daughter sleeping before a hospital visit after a rough night.
