Would not recommend to anyone.

The car outside was cute, the kids liked that. Other than that, nothing about this property was appealing.

The room was dirty. Hair was found in the “clean” towels and bedding, there were mouse traps in the room, the walls, floor, and mirror all visibly dirty. I felt gross just being there. We left early because we didn’t want to spend a second night in that room. When we told the staff upon check out, they said “it’s because of renovations.” We didn’t see anything to indicate renovations, but even so, the cleanliness of the room would have nothing to do with renovations. It was just plain dirty.

Very disappointed.

Our room was clean and neat. The staff was friendly, when had interactions with them.

Other guests were yelling out in the common areas until after midnight, most of the staff was mia from their work area when there were guests were there.

Do not recommend this place!!

Rooms were not cleaned, toilets dirty, no towels, sheets dirty. Fights broke out and cops were called. Manager was extremely rude and called us names to our face because we asked for a refund. Ended up leaving for our safety.

Staff were good.

Not worth the money. Pricing should be more like less than 30 dollars a day for the services and how clean the rooms are kept. Bookings.com makes the place look very decent and takers get an expression of being ok to spend 60/night with an expectation of at least sleeping in a neat and tidy room which was not met. Very sticky floor, seemed like what ever was used to clean the floor was either expired or someone did not do their job well. Dirty walls, beds and blankets with cigarette burn marks etc.

Nothing. Staff wasn’t friendly.

Many things, I didn’t feel welcome, felt very quiet. Staff were rude, just demanding payment. Security deposit wasn’t necessary at all. Breakfast was not breakfast.. literally no milk, no juice, no nothing but cereal all over the table

not what I expected by the advertisement and pictures of the room

could not find the Breakfast it was in a terrible spot with no one at the desk to ask where it is. I just happed to be walking back to our room and stumbled upon it.and there was not much to choose from, probably the cheapest Breakfast offered at any hotel i have stayed in

First I reserved a king size bed with a lake view and got a queen bed with no view other than other rooms and buildings, then the room was outdated, with damaged bathroom door and the heater had no top on it and was nicotine stained in a non smoking hotel...had an old pull out couch that was something I would not trust to sit on, I had said I would check in between 6-7 pm and had to wait 25 minutes for them to clean my room that should have been ready for me to get right into, will not recommend this place to anyone and will not be going there again

Absolutely nothing!!!

The rooms were dirty. The staff was rude. They told me cancel my reservation on Booking.com and make a reservation through Wyndham. We did that and then they turned around and tried to say we were a no show AFTER refunding us upon check in.

Not the Hilton by anyeans for Alot of positive for the price

Beds were extremely comfortable, rooms were big, rooms brightly lit, pool area was beautiful and inviting

Found an old pair of socks and dirt behind the chair which says the staff don't move things to clean. Was there for a week but did find 2 roaches the last morning of my stay. Didn't see any others all week. The bathroom toilet was stained and needed an update but overall was happy with the stay

Not pleased at all

Dirty sheets and the whole hotel including rooms need to be vacuumed, swept and mopped. Fridge in room leaked. We had to move rooms because the first was filthy. The breakfast was horrible. And the tv didn’t have any channels to actually watch anything except for sports and news. The water was cold, I had to take a cold shower.

Good location

No housekeeping so no clean towels etc. Parties through the night with a lot of noise and antisocial behaviour. Wild parties in the pool area until 6am made for terrible sleep. Rooms in desperate need to upkeep/refurb. Felt on edge the entire time.

Decent location. Near the airport (15ish mins) and downtown (20ish mins). Pool was open 3p-10p.

Our room originally was very dirty. There was human hair on the pillows and towels and little hairs inside the sheets, as well as hair in the sink. The sheets were also stained and had crumbs and the drawers and doorknob were sticky. We asked for the room to be cleaned and the hairy towels were left. The room wasn’t sound proof at all and we could hear everyone at the pool. They also put guests in the room right next door on our last night despite what appeared to be many vacancies. We could hear their conversations and any movements made.

Poor cleanliness and missing or broken amenities.

Our room was as advertised and the bed was fairly comfortable.

We were not impressed with the cleanliness. The couch was stained, there was hair on the floor, and mold and stains in the bathroom. The drain in the tub also did not close all the way so water slowly drained the entire bath. The ice machine was either broken or empty, and the breakfast was a vast disappointment. At 8:30 there was no coffee, no milk for the cereal, trash and spilled food everywhere, and no sign of any employees on hand to clean or refill. We turned around and got breakfast elsewhere.

I was bit in my face. It took over 2hrs for me to get in my room due to key functions not working. Was up all night and couldn't leave to go anywhere else due to being bitten on my face, found a bedbugs on the bed and killing roaches the fridge was leaking my floor and when u open it comes apart. Im currently trying I ng to get refund as well speak with pics n video

I liked everything about it the last 4/5 times I’ve stayed there. The location

I paid for a king spa room for two nights. On my 2nd day returning from an outing I was told I had to change rooms due to a party booked downstairs “a sex party” up in the new room…bed was dirty bathroom was filthy, found a crack pipe in bathroom, and it wasn’t a King Spa room that I had to pay extra for. They said I would get a refund for spa room and still haven’t to this day. I’ve stayed here 5/6 times I will not stay again

Embarrassing and horrible first, the last time not come back again.

That fact the rooms was not clean, good smelling like cigarette smoke cigarette holes in the cover in the covers with dirty felt that used condom under the covers. When I pull the cover back, the staff took two hours. Bring beer, cover and extra towels. The pools was nasty.

Stay away!

Nothing. Didn’t stay at the location!

Sheets were dirty, ash on the shelf by the window. Window wouldn’t lock. There was dirt and dust under the beds and behind the tv. There was also a tissue behind the tv where the wires plugged into the wall . Looked like black mold in the bathroom. Told the front desk we were not satisfied with the room and was told to get my money back from booking.com. When checking in another customer was checking out because of the same reasons. Turned my keys in within 30 minutes of check in. 0/5 stars.
