We paid online, was asked for a different card to hold $150 for damages if they accorded. But now there is now a 10 day hold on our debit card. Why? I'm sure they knew the next day we didn't damage the room or stole from them

Breakfast was satisfactory. The staff was kind and helpful.

You can tell it's a bit older, the sidewalk out the side door was cracked and unfortunately I fell and banged up my elbow pretty good. The surrounding area wasn't pretty to look at but it was convenient to lots of different things. I felt safe during my stay.

Small pillows on the bed. Didn’t sleep well.

Location was close to my convention meeting.

Small pillows on the bed, they aren’t like standard pillows, more like sofa pillows. Woke up with my head of the pillow couple of times during the night.

From this point on I will stay in the comfort Inn For all of my trips. It was clean smelled great And very accommodating even being under some construction work. With the help of Hina Patel....... I stayed in the Hampton Inn from the 10th to the 13th Then the Comfort Inn on the 13th till the 14th, but by far, Confort Inn was so much more Accommodating for my husband's Handicap Then the Hampton Inn was, and HINA PATEL was absolutely 💯 percent a jewel With all Courtesy And helpfulness as any person could be.

I wished I stayed at the Confort Inn from the beginning of my trip till the end but I will for now on.

Pay a little more for someplace better

The room was updated and very nice

The area is sketchy. There were very bright lights from the parking lot flooding our room all night and was several times that we were woken by fire trucks.

The breakfast located in middle of the renovation. The walls were dirty.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn East in Indianapolis and was very disappointed with the condition of the hotel. The property is currently undergoing major renovations, which were not disclosed at the time of booking. There was blue painter’s tape on almost every door, and the hallways looked unfinished. It felt more like a construction zone than a hotel. The bathtub in my room was cracked and not clean, which was unacceptable. It hadn’t been properly maintained or checked before my stay. I appreciate the fact that the staff were friendly and tried their best to assist, even though they were working with a difficult situation.

We had a good rest and no complaints about cleanliness (an important thing).

the motel was being renovated (a good thing). Our room was very clean and updated. It was comfortable.

The breakfast was so-so. All was very clean and neat. The hostess was very friendly and keep things spotless and well stocked. However, the quality of the eggs and sausages was pretty bland and blah.

Didn’t stay manager was an ass

Web site said pet friendly went check in wouldn’t except pets. Manager was rude when tried to explain web site said pet friendly he said he didn’t care they don’t take I should complain to comfort inn

Overall, I would stay there again. The cleanliness of the room is my top priority, which they have.

The staff is kind and helpful, and the rooms are very clean.

Our room phone didn’t work and when I asked the front desk for more towels, I was directed to look for housekeeping on my floor and ask them for towels directly. They also need to find a different egg to make. The eggs were crumbly and water logged.

Decent place for the area

The hotel was conveniently located and although old, it looks like they are about to start a facelift 😎 which it needs. Breakfast was average for hotels. Staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. We asked for a room not facing the highway.

Only choices for foods even though there are many hotels right there is fast food.

I was comfortable in this hotel.

The complimentary breakfast was a plus. My kids enjoyed the pool and my husband loved the gym before his day started: we were also within minutes of our family that we came to visit. Will definitely stay again.

The parking lot was SMALL. Almost didn’t Have a place to park after leaving a Few times. And the room was cold. We were unable to control the air system in the room, however I’m sure we would have been accommodated if we asked for another room.

Great hotel with an indoor pool

Such a clean facility. Upon entering, you could tell that they take pride in their building. The room was great.

The parking was irritating. A lot of cars with not enough spaces. Cars were double parked in spaces so others couldn't get a spot and had to walk far to get to the hotel.

The housekeeper we had was amazing. She gave us a bag for all the room trash.beakfast was what was expected. The pool was small,but no one was in there other than my son and I.

Breakfast was good,only downside side was our stay was for 3 night and every day breakfast was scramble eggs,sausage,and biscuits gravy. The room was nice but the carpets need cleaned out feet were black after walking on it.

Absolutely horrible.

The bed was comfortable.

The fact that we couldn’t sit in our car to smoke a cigarette for longer than 5 mins without a security guard shining a bright ass light on us and making us go in. We felt like we were singled out. It was freezing and snowing so we were not going to stand outside, didn’t expect sitting in our car to be a problem. I spent a lot of money to stay there on my birthday and I will make sure nobody else that I know does.
