Okay was there bc of convenience mostly and a lace to lay my head down for the night after state darts!

Pool was down but looked great and looked running through the window! Had people sleeping in the lobby which was awkward. Beds are comfy.

No pool working. Room was not very clean in the bathroom! Stuff on the floor like it hadn’t been swept in months!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

The waffles weren't bad at breakfast, and the hot water stayed hot in the shower.

Where to start... Well first we check-in and were informed the pool was closed. We were told it was technically ready for guests but they didn't have the "confirmation email from eco to reopen it yet". We got to our room and there was a puddle of water on the floor, the duvets were both dirty, hair on the bathroom floor and beds, and the window was broken and wouldn't shut all the way so it was freezing in our room. Sticky residue on our bathroom walls, the hallways reeked of weed, and the wifi was out the entire weekend. The second day our key cards just stopped working randomly and thank God there was a person at the front desk to reset them. After that we didn't see a soul in the lobby. Not even at check- out where I was going to bring up all of my issues. To top it all off not only are they located in a super sketchy part of town. A man came in the night we checked in and was $20 short for a room for the night. The man at the desk ended up taking this man's $80 and giving him a room for the ENTIRE weekend. So what I paid $270 this man got for $80. I'm livid. My Nintendo switch also came up missing but they swear they don't have it. I called customer service to ask for a refund and they had to "make a claim" I won't hear back for at least a week. It makes sense now why the front desk person was mia during checkout times. They'd probably be refunding everyone. The place is disgusting 0/10 do not recommend and will never be going back.

Cheap room at a facility that is not very clean.

I was able to get this hotel last minute when travel plans changed

The hotel was very run down. The man at check in acted as if I was a bother to him. Breakfast time was not told to us. We showed up to breakfast at 9:04am on a Sunday and it apparently closed at 9am. Everything but cereal was already put away. Pool was also closed. The room smelled musty and there was still hair in the shower from the previous people. Room definitely needed a good deep cleaning.

The smell was nice, but a little too strong in my room.

The bathroom was dirty; there was dirt and mud on the floor, hair on the shower walls, and old dried up urine on the toilet base (like people urinated down the front of the toilet and it had been there for a while). There was no elevator, the pool was closed, and the entrance closest to my room didn’t allow entry from outside.

Gross!

The mattress and pillows were comfortable and the scent machines in the hall smelled amazing!

Everything else! The mattress was on top of a metal box that creaked and sounded like thunder every time one of us moved. There were drips of red stuff on the floor and gross stuff in between the bed and side tables. The shower didn't have any light above it, only light was above the sink. No hand rails by the toilet (accessible room). Bathroom floor was covered in specks of paint. Not clean behind the seat in the shower. LOCKED window still slid open enough to get a hand thru. Remote to TV had food on it.

Very little attention by staff to guest’s comfort. We got our keys and just had to deal with the noise and stench.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Although signs were posted that said No Smoking or Vaping, the overwhelming smell of weed was everywhere. The property was not quiet until 4:00am. People opening and closing doors, loud laughter, gunning cars in the parking lot. No coffee pot in the room we were in. 225 No coffee in the machine at breakfast at 8:15am.

There was a little too much going on at the back parking lot. Loud music playing, people talking loud. It was just unsightly & uncomfortable. Also, the bathroom looks a bathroom in cheap motel. It needs some reconditioning.

HORRIBLE DONT STAY THEIR!!!

The hotel was a RAT TRAP!!! They gave us 2 towels and 1 wash clothes in out room. I ask the clerk if we could have 2 more towels and 2 more wash clothes. You would have thought I ask for ONE MIION DOLLARS. I HAD TO THREATEN THAT I WAS CALLING CORPORATE AND I WANTED MY MOMET BACK. I ASK THE CLERK ARE WE ALL SUPPOSE TO USE THE SANE TOWEL AND WASH CLOTHES!!!!!!!

The main reason I booked this hotel was for the pool. It was not mentioned on the website that the pool was unavailable. I canceled my reservation and did not stay. I was told by the staff that there would be no charge.

The room had a foul odor, sheets were dirty. Hotel itself is not the cleanest, which wouldn't have mattered if the room wasn't also dirty. Breakfast was basically non-existent. Staff always seemed to be distracted and not very helpful.

Nothing… horrible location!! You couldn’t even go to your vehicle without strangers coming to you asking for money!! Honestly the worst is my husband and my 11 yr old son were waiting in the vehicle for me while I went back into the hotel to drop off the key to the room and a lady went up to him asking for money and she would even make it worth his while if he would help her out .. if you know what I mean 🙄🙄😡😡…It was horrible and I’m being nice about about it !!!!!

The 15 minutes we spent here was too long!

Absolutely nothing

Upon check in, our first room was flooded, someone had broken into the room from the window, pooped in the run AND sink and went back out the window. Water covered most of the floor, wet foot prints to the window. Second room smelled like someone had JUST finished smoking marijuana in it. The entire second floor smelled like marijuana. Made me instantly sick. We couldn’t wait to get out of there!! It was beyond dirty and gross.
