Seemed either newly built or recently updated and was very nice. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

Clean friendly staff has tooth brushes if u left yours !! I love the dove soap that’s provided I love the entertainment system and I loved the free complimentary breakfast they have a pancake maker and boiled eggs bacon French toast cereal etc everything was delicious!!!!

Convenient location, some updates to our bathroom.

Slight odors in some areas, they gave us a king with pull out which is what they had available, not what was on our reservation, which was 2 fulls. They do put this disclaimer on the reservation. I'm commenting this as a heads up!

For 2/4 days that I stayed in this hotel I had no running water. I couldn’t use the restroom, shower, or even brush my teeth.

Very dirty and seems quite short staffed

The only think I liked about the property was the spacious room.

I was pretty schooled about the cleanliness of the facility. I checked in, went right up to my room, and immediately saw a wad of bright blue chewed gum on the center of the lamp NEXT TO THE SIGN OFF PAPER FROM THE MAID NAMED JOE! The next morning there were what I’m assuming were chicken bones someone had eaten and thrown on the ground in the elevator. Nasty. I have pictures of both of these occurrences.

the location as good. right off 70. the breakfast was good. warm cinnamon buns, eggs, sausage in addition to cereals

I reported to the front desk that I was bitten in my bed and had an allergic reaction to it. I asked for a full or partial refund. I was offered a partial refund, but the lady tried to play it off that I was allergic to the detergent used to clean the sheets. no! these are bites that turned into welts on certain parts of my body’s. if I had an allergic reaction to detergent I might have hives and rashes all over! disappointed!

Staff did not address the unsanitary conditions in room in timely manner. Immediately reported issue but did not correct problem until next day.

The hotel is old and had a smell to it as soon as you walked in. The room was small. This hotel is in need of a serious update.
