Won't do it again

The pool was gross, the floors were so brown and dirty, the water was pooled up and looked muddy, front desk clerk was rude, pillow cases were dirty, and breakfast was disgusting. Hair in the syrups container, juices all tasted so old and bitter none of my kids (4 kids) would drink them.

On 12/22 I had a hold on my debit card and I called the property(the front desk) the guy didn’t give his name it was around 9:45 the 1st time I called he said the $50 hold on my card was because stain was on towels in my room 214. I Andrea Smith, Dennis Smith’s wife said there weren’t any stain on no towels, and he said he would send me a picture, but never sent pictures, I said I will call you back. At 9:52 am 12/22 I called back the same person (a man ) answered I ask to speak to a manager he said why, I said because of this hold on my card, and the stains you are talking about, he didn’t put a manager on, I asked what was his name, I said I want it because you’re being rude and talking mean, he hung up. Other than that my stay was awesome!

Not the worst place I've stayed

Hot breakfast daily. The facility was clean. Even during construction. Staff was pleasant.

My room's door lock kept malfunctioning. The tub was rusty and the faucet was loose. The entry motion light kept coming on with the slightest movement and no way to turn it off.

Was to visit family.

The shower curtain and rod were hanging on by one screw. The wall and ceiling was peeling and had water damage everywhere. Never in my life have i had to return a towel to get a towel. We had five people with us and to take turns returning a towel to get another one. I asked them to clean the room and that never happened. My son was going to sleep on the pull out couch. When he pulled it out it was covered in pee stains. Disgusting. He slept on the floor the whole weekend. The breakfast was al right if you wanted rock hard biscuits for gravy or expired yogurt. We all had cereal. i will never book or would recommend you guys. You need some serious help.

Room and carpet was old and felt dirty. Shower walls were not caulked very well and walls were pushed in or swelling from water damage. Refrigerator was loud and had to be turned off. Bed was as sinking in middle.

The pull out couch was disturbing - sunk in, stained, stinky. It was horrible. The pool was an odd color. Mold in the tub/shower. Our air conditioner had no options to change temp, fan or even turn on/off. The milk for breakfast was slimy. I noticed after one kid had some cereal and prayed no stomach issues. We had to toss our coffee we put milk in. I won’t return or recommend. Oh, and the lemon water. There was no lemons and you were lucky if they had any water in the jug.

Worst comfort inn

Definitely the worst comfort inn I’ve ever stayed at. We chose this hotel because it had a pool. But it was closed by the health department which was disappointing because the kids were excited to swim. At 6 PM we asked for extra towels and wash rags and they told us to come back later for some because they didn’t have any. We booked the hotel for five people and there were only two in the bathroom along with two wash rags. The freezer didn’t even work, which cost me to lose breastmilk I had packed for my infant. The fridge barely stayed cold. The walls were dirty. The floors were dirty. We got a room with a pullout sofa and the sofa wasn’t even usable. You could see the spring imprints through the mattress. Breakfast was the same every single day. Biscuits and gravy, which wasn’t appetizing . Very disappointing.

Don't stay here. This is my second bad experience booking through Booking.com.

One of our three rooms had a used Qtip in the bed. Another had a sofa-bed that was unusable. It was essentially a metal sheet of wire like a fence with no mattress.

Location was fine. We did not stay long enough for breakfast. Fridge in room was a very good size.

The TV remote in the room was not the correct remote for the TV. We had to have maintenance bring a new one. The faucet in the bathroom was leaking. Headboard was disturbingly dirty. There was an empty water bottle and glue stick on the floor in the room. I find it hard to believe it was cleaned. Bathroom wall had brown smudge on it. Socket/light switch covers were loose. There was a creepy door in our room that connected to another room, I was unable to open it from our side but still a huge safety concern. Door handles were loose. Bucket in the hallway to collect water from ceiling. The towels were horribly stained and had holes in them. Tiles in the pool area were pulling away from the wall. The whole experience was like a bad horror movie.

One of the worse EVER!! We were so tired we didn’t even think about photos😡

We were coming in off a long day on the road and 2 hours later due to traffic. We got in around 12:15 am. Well when I checked in the desk told me that the room we have the bathroom light doesn’t work and that in the morning the manager will be issuing us a refund. That’s how our stay started. It got worse. We needed to use the sofa sleeper because we had 5 guests. We received to sheets from the front desk at check in. When we opened the sofa the mattress was a 0 out of 10…with “0” being the absolute worst. We ended up putting the sheets on the entire couch. The bathroom was not stocked with a single towel. The toilet made a siren noise after flushing. The first table lamp was broke.

Our room was not worth a dime that we prepaid for!! We stayed in Nashville at a hotel for about $20 less and it was well worth every dime!!

They checked us into a dirty room. The next room they moved us to had no hot water and it took 10 hours to get maintenance there . the next day they moved us to another room with 1 bed for 4 people bc that’s all they had . 3 rooms total and still haven’t got to speak to the manager which is who they keep telling me I need to talk to but he must be invisible idk . If u like ur room to come with dirty panties , lube and wigs and u like cold showers this is the place for you.
