The GM Zack was too hard to get ahold of. He still only refunded one day when I left two days early.

A HUGE NO!

This room was terrible! It was dirty, scum in the bathroom sink, not to mention the bed... The bed was split in like a "ditch". It was 4 foot long and 8 inches deep (see photos). The entire inside smelled of weed, so if you're considering taking children, well I'd consider again. The lighting was dull and just a rundown property.

Nothing, it was the filthiest motel I’ve ever stayed in! The bed was comfortable but I was afraid there might be bugs in it!

The carpets were stained and filthy. The sinks and bathtub were so dirty. They look like they’ve never been touched with a cleaner or a sponge and the whole place just creeped me out. I know it was cheap, but go to the dollar store and buy some cleaner!

When I arrived I made the desk aware that I had just said surgery on a broken femur bone and could not be moving around very much so I was placed on the second floor completely from the building from the elevator. When I arrived in the room there was no linen blankets towels or anything as far as that matters just bear mattresses. The room was filthy with tissue paper on the floor, food in the sink And on the stove The tub and sink in the bathroom were filthy and not been cleaned at all since at least the last person that was there. When I notified the front desk of the conditions I was told that I would have to come down to get the land on myself that they would let me take up blankets and sheets and I had to make the beds up myself. The next morning The hotel manager called up and said she became aware of the conditions and that she would be issuing me a full refund when I came to the desk to check out. The only thing I was refunded was the $100 deposit that I had to leave before I could go up to the room even though the room was done paid for it via booking.com I was told that I would have to contact booking.com to get my refund that I paid initially for the room. And also I was never refunded a $25 fee I left also for a small Chihuahua I took up to the room with me. So you ask how was my stay Well it was terrible with no compensation.

Hotel from hell

The very first night the blonde older lady that worked the front desk was absolutely AWEFUL and had the worst attitude when we checked in. But I had heart surgery the next morning so I didn't have a choice. We opened up the door to find needles, a disgusting room, and the window broken. The night manager would do nothing to help. The next morning I spoke to the daytime manager. She changed our room ( the new one has now flooded and yet has another window broken) so we will see how bad we have to fight with booking.com to get a refund on this hotel from hell.

It's exciting and energetic fungshwey was impeccable

I enjoyed the breakfast and the local knowledge It's just a short walk from down town and daily flying planes over head drown out the daily buss and so it's easy to slip off in to another world

The service desk doesn't have a bag or cart or caddy boy that's all that could have made the stay a lot more enjoyable

Every about this hotel is a mess from the room the elevator the doors that don't lock the loud ac the sheets for blankets they give and there fake free breakfast and the 2000 model tv they have the room looks nothing like the pictures on there website and the staff is very unprofessional smoking outside and trying to talk to u at the front desk you are better off sleeping in your car🤷🏾‍♂️

Worst Stay ever. False advertisement.

I didn’t like anything about this hotel. They didn’t even have breakfast as advertised. They had coffee and oatmeal but no bowls.

Rooms were dirty bathroom door wouldn’t close and tub was filthy. No hot water. Stove had burnt plastic all over it freezer door fell off when you open it. Walls just horrible. This hotel was nothing like the pictures on booking. The hallway smelled of urine and smoke. False advertisement and I took plenty of pictures took it to the front desk and all they did was laugh. Was charged $100 deposit and was told they didn’t have away to print out a receipt. Booked for 2 nights stayed one because I arrived late and this hotel was horrible. They wouldn’t even allow me to cancel. I need a refund. Worst stay ever.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the only good thing about my stay was the bed. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. However, everything else about the hotel was disappointing. The staff was not friendly or helpful, and they seemed disinterested in providing good customer service. The ‘ included breakfast’ was mediocre, with limited options and low-quality food. a few muffins and cereal bars. Overall, my experience at this hotel was not great. While the bed was comfortable, everything else about the hotel was disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise others to look for alternative options.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the other reviews were correct. The front desk staff was unable to check me in promptly, and the key card they gave me didn't work. After several attempts, I had to go back to the front desk to get a new key card. When I finally got to my room, I was hit with a terrible smell of smoke and grease. It was so bad that I had to open the windows to try and air out the room. The pillows uncomfortable, and the sheets were stained. The bathroom was dirty, and the towels were old and worn out. We went to home goods to get pillows. To make matters worse, I was charged an additional $100 for damage deposit, and there were no refunds. When I asked to change rooms, I was told that the hotel was fully booked, and there were no other rooms available. Overall, my experience at this hotel was terrible. The staff was unhelpful, the room was dirty and smelled bad, and the additional charge was unexpected and unfair. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and would advise others to stay away.
