Breakfast was nice and swimming-pool is available. Restaurant at walking distance was available

this is more like a motel, outdated furnitures, rather noisy due to nearby airport, don't forget your earplugs or ask for a quite room.

Good place for a quick stay

Easy booking, friendly staff, close to where we needed to be, clean rooms, easy check in/out

Beds were hard, no free coffee available in lobby like most hotels, food is very expensive downstairs so must leave the premises to get any affordable meals, not enough towels for bathroom in room, trash cans are very small with no bag inside.

Friendly and comfortable stay!

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating! Our purpose for staying was to pick up one of my kids from the airport and the hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the airport which was very nice! Clean pool, a nice cafe in the lobby, and open area outside with tons of seating! Very nice place for a great price.

This premise provide a shuttle from and to the airport ... this was top choice of mine. Everything they did was provisional!!

Solid stay near airport, free airport shuttle.

Room is spacious and comfortable (furnishings on the older side, but TV has Netflix and Prime if you sign in, and YT, along major channels), with small balcony and open view. Location is 15min away from the airport by airport shuttle. Very friendly and helpful staff. Has an indoor pool, though I didn't have time to go.

Airport shuttle leaves at 10s and 40s (e.g. 08:10 and 08:40) from the hotel, but only if you sign up ahead of time - if no one signs up for that time, it doesn't run. This means that at the airport, the shuttle should show up around the 25s and 55s of the hour (e.g. 08:25, 08:55 etc.), but because it doesn't always run (see above), it means that if you're at the airport, you need to call in advance so that they know to come get you. I didn't have a US number so I couldn't reach them, but luckily there was another guest waiting for the same shuttle. This was a little more complicated than desired.

Wouldn’t stay there again! Over priced! I’d stay across the street for $60.00 less!

Ice outside seating and lobby! Staff wonderful, food ok. Cheap toiletries, and really cheap toilet paper. One small chair and only one caffeine coffee packet , and three decaf packages and I had to get up before the restaurant opens so I couldn’t buy coffee !I expected more for the amount the room cost.

Lobby is clean and staff was friendly. Check in was very quick.

Room seemed very old/outdated. Issues with room temperature control. The bistro was RIDICULOUSLY expensive and there weren’t other food options close/walking distance. You could hear other guests very easily. There were not any TV channels available that were appropriate for children.

The staff here were amazing! So friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay here again just because of their hospitality.

This isn't a knock on the hotel but there's nothing really around as far and food and convenience stores.

Room I initially booked was not available, but offered a handicapped accessible room. However, when I received my bill I was charged an extra costs for that room -- go FIGURE!! We were awaken at 730 a.m. by a false fire alarm and 15 minutes later we were disturbed and endured marching band practicing on the parking lot. Called and spoke with Patsy, Marriott Courtyard Mgr, Indianapolis-- she stated there was nothing she could do!! However, if I had complained during the time of the fire alarm they would have OFFERED free breakfast!! So, you had to COMPLAINED while checked in!!

nothing really, and I travel plenty

no breakfast included, no room cleaning unless I asked... I stayed 6 days and only had one scheduled cleaning. kept running out of towels. not enough staff.
