Good breakfast. Quiet and clean.

I reserved a room with handicap access but was given one with a standard bathroom. My wife is in a wheelchair and the standard bathroom was not set up to accommodate the wheelchair. It was very difficult for us.

Wonderfully staffed!

The woman at the desk was absolutely sweet with my rowdy 3 year old after being in the car all day (and week, for that matter). Our room was very clean and the linens and towels were too. Breakfast was great and staff was working hard in the morning.

The sound of the highway was my main issue with this location, which is tough when it's so convenient. So if you're sensitive to noise, be aware. The rooms carpet was a bit torn up at the junction with the tile.

Nice hotel for a small group trip.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good with a variety of foods every morning.

Location didn’t feel the safest. A bit of a commute to local attractions.

Disappointing

We heard both the interstate as well as the people below us. It was hard to keep our infant asleep because of this. The bathroom sink drain was clogged so our first night we couldn’t use the sink. There were only three towels in a room that slept 4. And the mattresses has fabric balls on it (not sure what to call it exactly) that the first night it scared me thinking it was bed bugs. The breakfast bar was ok. The pancake machine wasn’t working, but not sign was there to say that. The cereal was all gone by 8:30 am. Actually most of the food was.

The breakfast was great. Morning staff was very pleasant.

I am a government employee, any other hotel I’ve been to I show my id at check in and I receive my discount. I was told at check in they can’t do that and when I asked for a number I could call she said there’s not one. The front desk employee was very rude, told me that I was not able to eat pizza I had ordered for my family in the PUBLIC common area. She said that it was only for breakfast. However there were many tables and nobody sitting in the dining area. The hot tub was freezing cold, when I told her she rolled her eyes and said “well they’ll have to fix it Monday, maintenance isn’t here” The pool deck was filthy, trash and old bandaids everywhere. There were no towels, so I had to go to the front and ask Mrs chipper for them, she was not thrilled about having to get me towels and handed me three. There are signs plastered on every corner stating if certain things are done YOU WILL BE KICKED OUT. It makes the stay feel pretty unwelcoming.

By what you will see on the video, the room was not in the best of condition. It looked clean but the smell of mold hit you when you walked in the room. I thought it might have been from a carpet cleaning recently and didn’t think about it again that night, just went to bed as we got in at 10 pm from a 15 hr drive. whenever we left the room we felt better. But in the room we would get stuffy. I finally after the 2nd night there, I took the radiator cover off, and you will see by the video what I discovered. As I was leaving the next day I had told them of the situation. I also had asked for clean towels, toilet paper, and the trash to be emptied one day, and that was never done. So at 4:30 I saw the cleaning girl and asked if they were going to my room. I was told no. I had asked for clean towels and a roll of toilet paper. She gave me the towel and a half roll of toilet paper, not a fresh paper wrapped roll of toilet paper because that was all she had.
