It was close to everything we needed!

We didn't get the trash taken out and they did not clean our room or make the beds, just simply put towels and a roll of toilet paper on the cart

Bed was uncomfortable, walls so thin I could hear neighbors at regular volume and all outside activities at the bank as well as upstairs guests and low volume conversations in the hallway.

The pool was heated.

The bed had blood on the sheets and they brought me a clean sheet but didn't help change it. I wasn't offered clean towels I had to ask repeatedly and you have to get a separate key for the pool. The rooms next to us had the hallway smelling of cigarettes and marijuana. I complained but nothing changed.

It was ok but I wish it would accommodate people that has anxiety especially staying by themselves

Every clean and nice

The fact that someone tried to come in my room at 5am Thursday morning. I have anxiety and it made me feel really uncomfortable. Then Friday morning was woken up by someone banging on the room door next to me. A lot of commotion was going on that also startle me which again woke me up early.

For the price ($100) it was a place to sleep where I needed to be. I wouldn't "not" recommend it..

Google maps had trouble getting me there - but I called and the staff was friendly and helpful with getting me the proper directions. Note: they say this is an issue... that would've been good information to have before I drove in circles for 15 minutes!) The room was clean and the check-in staff was very friendly.

The complimentary breakfast was from 6am to 9am. I walked past the front desk and said good morning at 8:55 am. and went straight to the breakfast station. While making my waffle and coffee, the front desk girl followed me around taking things away...so that I had to ask for silverware and napkins! Literally was hovering behind me the whole time - and I was back in my room by 9:07! It seems she was very put-out by those extra 5 minutes and would rather throw away the food. The waffle was good, the sausage was passable - but the coffee was instant and not drinkable. Also - upon checking in I was told the pool was out of service. I choose this hotel for a few reasons - one was the pool. The bed wasn't very comfortable for me, but not bad.

We like the location of the hotel. The space was good.

We did not like that the wifi was not secure. Also, that the sink was outside the bathroom. I know this might seem strange, but my do not disturb sign kept falling on the floor. I must have picked that thing up over a hundred times. My back too bad for that.

Just ok

No closet. Just 2 hooks to hang our clothes. Had to ask for hangers. The room was clean, but the lack of a closet and or a hanger rod was not good.

Bathroom hot and cold indicatord were backwards, Had to take a cold shower not knowing the issue. No counter space in bathroom. No closet to hang clothes. The new painting was sloppy. Bathroom door warped from water damage. It scraped across floor.

I wouldn't stay here again

Staff was accommodating when we asked for what we needed that should have been in the room

There was no hair conditioning or tissue box in the room. No hand soap only body wash for hand washing. Front lobby and pool had a funky sewage smell, no proper ventilation in the pool area. No hot water between 11pm and 1am maybe longer both nights. All of the Rooms windows open with no child safety lock.

I didn't like the neightborhood or the people in the hotel. The middle door was not secured and ANYONE could have come into the hotel. I felt very insecure. The front desk charged me 50.00 deposit which I have never paid at other Wyndham properties

The front desk lady had an attitude had to take towels to front desk to change them out had to pay 2 separate deposits because I booked 2 rooms front desk clerk tried to put us on different floors

Decent value for the money

Room was clean. Breakfast was decent. Staff was nice & helpful, would stay here again. Check in/out was smooth as well.

We had to ask for fresh towels/washcloths EVERY day, only gave enough for one person, not two! On the website (Booking.com), it showed a public hot tub by the pool, NOT at this location as advertised. The pool also didn't have any handrails to enter/exit...only a ladder at the deep end of the pool. The handrail seemed to be 'broken' off'. This is a safety issue.

easy access to where I was going . easy to find

walked into a beautiful lobby. arrives in our room and I felt like I was in a motel for $67. the bed was in a metal platform. there was only a sheet. the window was open with no screen which is definitely not safe. the entire evening we got stoned by the smell of weed. we went to bed early because of an early volleyball meet but starting at 945 pm a bunch of kids were having a race up and down the hallway with their parents. very noisy hotel we could hear all the rooms above us and below walking around. we got up to leave the next morning and was instantly hit with the smell of weed in our hallway so apparently the fire alarms don’t work if people are smoking.

Saying I had a horrible experience is an understatement.

absolutely nothing

For starters when I first arrived to my room there was an odd smell and scribbling all over the end tables and tv stand. The hotel did not provide a comforter for the bed only sheets. We booked for a family of 4 and there were 3 towels and one wash cloth in the bathroom. We asked for more wash cloths and were told they didn’t have anymore. I was told they didn’t have extra and they put enough in my room before check in. So I had to explain that if they knew 4 guest would be staying 2 adults and 2 children, how was it acceptable to only provide 3 towels and one face cloth and I asked to be compensated. I was then rushed off the phone and rudely hung up on because the worker was “checking another guest in”. I stayed upstairs and there was a dirty towel with God knows what in the stairwell. The breakfast looked like prison food, and workers were almost never present at the front desk and hard to reach. Out of all of my years walking this earth, this was by far my worst ever hotel experience. Oh and let me not forget that they do not have housekeeping. No one came to clean my room or tidy up not once during my whole stay. I will never stay at this hotel again and I don’t recommend others to go either.

We did have an issue with our room, and the manager was very kind and gave us a discount.

The hairdryer in our bathroom started on fire and our climate control in our room was falling off the wall. Both issues are fire hazards. We did encounter one rude off the clock employee.
