Was a quite stay

Room was nice and warm . Had a beautiful staircase

Unwanted Family members that didn't pay a dime

I liked the guest I met, the couple was from Australia and they were so cool so I had to show off my Australian accent which is on point I must say lol and they thought I was from Australia unfortunately I had to let them know I was born and raised right here in NAPTOWN and the accent, well it's my go to always Crocodile Dundee when he says that's not a knife this is a knife, and oh that Croc is 16 or 18 feet maybe 🤔🤷🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️ and they thought 🧐 my accent was genuine 😭😂🤣😂🤣 so now I'm an honorary Australian which is so so cool that's the only good thing about the stay SMH on the hotel and their comments on the telly 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

The room was not clean and other things weren't up to snuff management should really take care of the problems that are a problem 😔🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Be cautious staying here.

Loud yelling and pounding on doors all night. Cockroach crawled out of sink. Greasy handprints all over the walls. Light switches were covered in grime. Floor was sticky. Window wouldn't shut fully.

Absolutely nothing

This place is awful. Most people point out the tiniest details they don't like but this place is gross. Everything smells like cigarettes and weed so bad that it keeps you awake. The floors were dirty, the front desk is behind bullet proof glass, lots of sketchy people in and out until 3am making lots of noise. No furniture in the room besides the bed and a fridge. The window was blacked out. Rock hard bed with no blankets or full size pillows. Fake 5 star rating on Google with photos taken somewhere else.

Nothing, very dirty, and roaches

Everything was terrible, bad room, smell, bathroom, hallways, entire place was disgusting. Roaches etc...bad staff, and unsanitary conditions all over

Cheap, but you get what you pay for

VERY cheap rates for the 2025 Indy 500 weekend. The WiFi worked well and there’s plenty of parking. There are a few restaurant options within walking distance and the room was spacious with plug sockets near the bed. Easy to check in and out, and the staff were friendly and professional.

The room was not that clean (bedsheets were fine though), and the property needs a some maintenance and attention. Many of the other guests were very inconsiderate, playing music and making a lot of noise late into the evening/night. Some had dogs barking loudly (very audible from my room) and one couple had an aggressive shouting match in the corridor at 8am. So not the most relaxing of stays. You get what you pay for, I suppose, in every way.

I let the front desk know about the gentleman next door playing his TV extremely loud all night long it never stopped. Nothing was ever done about it. No ice at all on the facility. Waited 25 minutes in line just to get my card fixed and was told if I hadn't happened again they would charge me for a lost card. Ended up having to stay three extra days because I got sick at the motel

False advertisement. The room Or hotel was nothing like was posted online . It was dangerous and unsafe for me my Kids and family to even stay there. We were there less than a hour and had to leave , there were drug deals going on as well as prostitution and all type of other illegal activity . There were no windows in the room. There were bugs and no tv remote , no activity room like it was said online and the pool table was broken . One of the worse experiences I ever had with a hotel

Wouldn't recommend this hotel; Super Uncomfortable

The decorations made it seem like a lively and lovely hotel especially with this chandelier in the main entrance way and a spiral staircase to the upstairs. The room came with a microwave and refrigerator that were already plugged in

The hotel doesn't provide hot water. The showers were freezing cold. Random people were loud throughout the whole night in the lobby so we didn't get any rest for the trip. The bed is rock solid and really hurts your back. Our bathroom door wouldn't latch close and kept swinging open

Rather sleep in my car

Room 212 is not at all comfortable. The room is facing the streets and you hear sirens and road noise all night. I could not rest at all as these sounds kept waking me up. The bed is super hard and uncomfortable. I would rather sleep in my car next time.

Do not advertise breakfast included when there are multiple reviews telling you it is not. Breakfast is not included. Note that.

At first i had doubts about this property but overall stay was nice, very kind gentlemen working at the desk easy check in, room was much better then some of the motels in the area.

I got charged 160 dollars for staying one night because the manager and booking.com didn't acknowledge my reservation so I got charged 70 plus 90 for a no show even though I showed up early for my booking

Pleasant

It was nice and quiet. Nobody yelled or blasted their music while I was sleeping. The fancy stairs and the pool table were a nice addition.

The place smelled of smoke. Also, if I ran a hotel, I probably wouldn’t put condoms with the snacks in the vending machine where a kid could get to them.

I love how the lobby looks.

The smoke smell. The towels, blankets they were stained all around, the pillows are SO SO DIRTY. Saw a few, like one to two roaches during my stay. Wifi & phone reception WAS SO SO BAD.

Only some of the rooms have cable, only some of the rooms have a microwave. It'll be better when all the rooms have what they say.. and if the added a coffee pot to the rooms that'd be great!!!
