Modern hotel in the heart of old Fort Ben.

Staff was very helpful and kind. Someone always at the desk. Modern and clean hotel. Comfortable large bed, big window in our room with a view of the civic center.

We disliked the breakfast, it was free but scarce at 7am, with cold eggs. The water pressure was quite low in the shower.

Weird and concerning!

4th floor room. Booking company were super with listening to my weird front desk stuff and reimbursed the next 2 nights!

No coffee in room, stinky pet room, front desk questioned my name for room hours after checked in after my DL was used to check in. Very weird. I checked out after 1st night.

Not bad, but not super too

Soft water, impossible to wash soap off skin! Bed had big drop in it, as if a really heavy person had been sleeping in it. Also, smoke alarm flashes all night.

I had a great experience and would stay here again

The location was perfect. The breakfast was good. It was a hot or cold choice so better than continental. I drink coffee anytime of the day and not once was I let down. They offered hot fresh coffee all day. :-) The also text and check on you throughout your stay. If you need anything just text the number and they'll bring it to your room.

It was nice however i don't think I would stay again.

I requested towels I was told I had to come to the front desk to pick them up and 20 minutes. When I came down the lady at the front desk had an attitude and ask me why didn't I call first I stated I did call and was told to come to the front desk to pick them up.

Overall, the stay was fine. I appreciated the clean rooms.

Front desk was nice. Rooms were clean.

Our TV did not work, kept going in and out. Water pressure would come and go with the shower, toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and toilet would not flush every time and needed to be assisted by pulling up on the latch to help fill the basin. These are little things, but they add up when u pay more than $200 a night. Also, the fire alarm was flashing a bright green light all night long.

Clean, modern hotel with good facilities in a convenient location

Clean, modern room with functional and efficient A/C. Great smelling soap and lotion. Decent view of the city park, which was refreshing for a hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food options inside the hotel, and lots of restaurant and bar options nearby. Gym is open 24hr with 3x treadmills, cycle machine, a bench, and some free weights.

Lots of construction in the area as of June 2024. Would be nice to have mats for the workout room.

I will stay elsewhere when in town for family events.

I thought the aesthetics looked nice from the outside.

The property needed cleaning . It was crumbs and random trash throughout the building . My room could have been more tidy, it was trash left over from previous occupants. My television in my room wasn’t working and I was basically told too bad maintenance is gone for the day. I felt I should have been compensated in some way since the rooms were high in price.

Cold Showers

The hotel seemed new. When checking in everyone was friendly, and it was a very clean lobby. The breakfast the next morning was very good with lots of different selections.

The computer was frozen when we arrived so were told to wait ten minutes. The original room we were placed in had a toilet that only half flushed. They told us they would check it out while we were gone. When we returned at 10pm they informed us we had to switch rooms. An inconvenience but we were fine. However the showers went cold while being used. This happen to two of us in our room and to two other rooms that were occupied by our family. Like not just cool off a little but freezing water for 5 mins then warm water for a few mins, then freezing again. NEVER have I had this happen at a hotel.

Fake reservation

Our reservation was canceled without notice!!! We get there at night and the staff told us that booking approves reservations without hotel's confirmation so they actually didn't have any room for us and they were fully booked already. Terrible experience if you get there at night, tired And have to find hotel during a busy weekend

It was neat clean and morning breakfast was comparable to other hotels.

It was clean and simple in decorating. The beds were comfortable, pillows were ok considering we forgot to bring ours and we usually do.

It didn't bother our stay because we are not ones that need a lot of space but if you like large areas to put stuff in the room this would not be for you.
