The staff sucked at the check in there so rude

Great breakfast and love the hot tub

Better front desk staff and most of us was stuck there because of the maintenance didn't plow or shovel us out until late i got plowed in also

That it had a hot tub. Not a lot of places have them anymore.

When we got there I waited at the front desk for 20 minutes before the woman showed up and checked us is. We got our keys , took our bags up( the elevator sounded like it was going to snap while we were in it , so scary) only to open the door to a uncleaned room with un maid beds and used towels everywhere. The hallways were gross. Covered in dirty bandaids, trash and looked like they haven’t been vacuumed in awhile. We went back down to the desk and was told she has no more double beds open so she would give us a king and a cot for my daughter. The cot had physical springs poking through the top of it so she was not able to sleep on it and we were right squeezed in the bed. Breakfast was Luke warm& at check out the same woman was on shift and she did not care to hear about our concerns with our stay. Would not recommend to anyone !!

Pool was nice. The rooms were unacceptable. One smelt like sewage the other had cockroaches.

We didn’t try the breakfast because we saw cockroaches in the middle of the night and there was no way we was going to eat there.

We had 2 rooms. One room smelt like sewage and the other room we found cockroaches in the middle of the night. We did not get to enjoy our stay. The pool was nice though. I did email about it as soon as we got home and I put in for a refund because of the circumstances however I don’t think I got the refund granted so it’s whatever but I would not stay at this location again and I would not recommend it to anyone.

The pool said it was heated, but it was not as warm as I thought it should be. I thought it would be comfortable getting in, but it was not that comfortable maybe because I’m an old lady lol

I asked a female morning clerk for a roll of toilet paper a few hours before check out as we only had one roll after a two night stay . She questioned me asking if I was checking out as if I was stealing a roll of toilet paper. Very petty. The male night clerk was very accommodating and polite.

Was a fine stay but found a bed bug

Find location. Easy check in process

Place smelled like smoke despite there being many non spiking signs everywhere. Unfortunately we found one bed bug on our way out in the morning. Looking for others but didn’t find any. Front desk staff was concerned. Would have been nice if they had comped the room knowing that information

Fire alarm trauma!! 12 straight hrs of non stop loud beeping.in room

The hotel alarm went off at 3am,till the following day..I could not sleep at all,due to the constant alarm noise.the constant high pitch caused my animal anxiety,shaking ,hiding,whining

Getting no sleep first night, front desk never answers.2nd night there was a man having a drug induced,or psychotic break,in lobby 20 minutes manic and making extreme gestures,.no staff was there,I was in the pool with my grandaughter,and quite afraid,I called the desk no answer.sat at around 6,watch servalance. The man circled the outside,came thru lobby circled inside 3 continously times,all in a manic frightening state. I felt completely unsafe,unable to find staff to help the siruation.

Nice hotel but the should have automated door and have more luggage carriers.

They didn’t have an automatic door opener. They had a single door. It was hard to go in and out with luggage. They only had one luggage carrier and it was nowhere to be found when we were leaving, which made it difficult for us to get all our stuff out to the car. Other than that the hotel was nice.

Staff is always friendly and willing to help with any questions. Staff also very respectful of requests to be placed on upper floor away from stairway.

Some of the outside security card swipes don’t work and had to walk around the building to get back in. Not the property’s fault but there were children running up and down the hallways and stairways at all hours of the night. Suggestion: pick a time that marks “quiet time” so guests can get the rest needed for their day. The pool closes at midnight, that would be a great time.

Although there for business, the hotel was quite relaxing, except for the issue mentioned above

The breakfast was minimal compared to other places I have stayed recently, but it was well stocked and well cooked and tasted great. The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond anytime asked. The bed was quite comfortable as were the pillows and the deck overlooking the pool was quite enjoyable.

The room that I had stayed in room 20 one did not appear that anybody had dusted anything about 5 foot in the air and quite some time as there was mass accumulation of dust and cobwebs in the hanging plants and in the rafters, the couchs were so stained up. I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on them and the door that went from the pool area to the patio area the key card entry on the outside was broken and you could not re-enter through that door and had to walk around to the front or the side of the building one of my first nights there I was woken at two or 3 AM by somebody beating cussing and screaming outside of the front window of the hotel, which was right below my hotel room and for some reason about midnight, my toilet quit working every night, the hot tub in my room heading to pee had a good cleaning and quite some time and a couple of the Jets were broken There were empty cabinet spaces in the cabinets where it appeared items had been before. There was no stereo in the room as stated in the ad, and the microwave did not seem to be heating very efficiently and was quite noisy. The entire hotel could use a painting inside and out.

The bed was very comfortable

There were several issues with the room. The jacuzzi spout was loose to where it was gonna break off. There was spiders in the jacuzzi. The room had a foul odor, seemed it was coming from the bathroom and the odor was dog urine. I don’t have a dog, the house keeping staff has been complaining to maintenance to fix several issues with the room. Also the carpet was less than perfect with 5 spots or carpet was damaged. There was a corner behind the bathroom door tile was broken.

The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

In the past I've always had a good experience at Baymont, but that wasn't the case this time. The whole room smelled like mildew. I'm pretty sure it's from Jacuzzi water seeping underneath the floorboards. Y'all should really replace those. (Room 103 I think) As for the Jacuzzi itself, it was obviously not cleaned. We got in the tub and I almost immediately broke out all over my face. It was so bad! Also we kept having trouble with the room keys. We had to get them switched out twice, because they would randomly stop working.
