I enjoyed my stay. The location was great close to so many different attractions and things to do.

Best hotel room we have had in a while

It was close to all the shopping and had many food choices around. The property was new so it was clean and everything was in working condition. The room itself was the largest hotel room we have stayed in and had plenty of space.

The cleanliness stood out above all other categories. The breakfast was typical for a Hampton Inn, very good, but lacked a few options found at some locations. Looks like a new location recently opened.

In all very good. Just a few extra touches with hospitality would have helped, such as more knowledge about local restaurants. This whole area seems to be developing, so this knowledge will come with experience.

The front desk attendant was AMAZING. He offered us water and offered my 6 yr old gummy bears. The hotel itself was very clean and the room was pristine. The breakfast was the best I have had at a hotel.

Super Clean, New, Must Stay

The property was VERY clean. Probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. There were several small details that were impressive including liquid hand soap in the bathroom, built in nightlight in bathroom, amazing wireless charging station by the bed, and 2 different types of pillows. Saving this hotel as a favorite and will stay there again.

The bed was a little hard. I think all Hilton line beds are too hard for me.

From beginning to the end we were completely relaxed and happy with our stay.

The whole property was exceptional! The room was like brand new. It was quiet and extremely clean. A large walk in shower with lots of towels. The air conditioning worked great. I loved the two different shades on the window instead of curtains. Fresh coffee, tea and hot chocolate were available downstairs even late at night. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful both mornings. There was an indoor pool and an outdoor seating area with a gas fire pit. It’s located in a very safe and easily accessible area of town. Plenty of good restaurants and shopping nearby. I hope we have an opportunity to stay here again! I forgot to mention…it’s about a 15 minute drive to downtown Indianapolis. 😎 💜

These two things are not a complaint just my personal preference. The bathroom door is a sliding door not a traditional one. A Keurig coffee machine would be better in the guest rooms. Not a complaint! Everything was perfect!

This is not our 1st stay & certainly not our last

From checking in to checking out, our stay was wonderful. Staff was pleasant & eager to help. Our room was designed for relaxation & the mattresses are the only one we’ve ever found to be more comfortable than ours. Breakfast serves a good variety of food, so you leave with a full stomach no matter what your dietary restrictions

Excellent hotel! Highly recommended!!

The hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly, the beds very comfortable, and the walk-in shower was a nice touch to an all around great stay. The conveniently located hotel is close to the Franciscan Hospital where my husband was having surgery, and shopping and restaurants were just a short distance away. If I have a need to stay in the area again, I’ll definitely make Hampton Inn & Suites By Hilton Indianapolis South Greenwood the place!

Very poor experience.

We checked in and were met with a non-functioning toilet. The receptionist told us that she could not help us but that a "handyman" was coming at 11 p.m. to fix the toilet. At 11:15 p.m. my husband followed up on that and was told that the staff member unfortunately couldn't help because he couldn't find the tools in the hotel. The same situation was encountered but at least one other family: a non-working toilet with no one there to fix it. So my husband ran out at 11:30 p.m. (!!!) to buy a plunger at a local store. It didn't fix the toilet, but it made it manageable as long as the plunger was used after every use. As a result of all of this, we were not able to put our kids to bed until midnight. It is mind-boggling to us that a hotel would have a fully booked night (we asked for another room and there was none available) with no one there to deal with issues. Needless to say, this stay was unacceptable and we are waiting to hear from the manager to address this situation.

Groundhog day trip

They had very friendly staff that seemed to truly care about their guests. The staff seem to go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional! The breakfast was also above standard they had far more any toppings for waffles that I've ever heard of in my life!
