Fantastic Hotel, great location

Staff were polite, friendly and attentive. Location was good, set amongst the cliff face with only a 20 minute walk into the Old Town. Hotel was a 30 minute transfer from the Airport.

Pricing for drinks and bar food within the Hotel was quite extortionate. Breakfast could have been a bit more varied day to day as the same hot food was served. Spa Treatments were overpriced and off putting.

Lovely cliff top hotel

Lovely overnight stay here. Staff can’t do enough for you. Lovely comfortable room. Great location 15 min walk from old town. Brilliant gym and indoor pool. Amazing breakfast.

Breathtaking view!

We had a wonderful stay. The view of the sea and the islands from our room was absolutely breathtaking. The receptionist, Ivana, was so nice and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were also upgraded to an Executive Suite because it was my partner's birthday and we were genuinely surprised and grateful for such a lovely gesture. We truly enjoyed our time here! 💫

We felt processed like numbers not individuals.

A good location, a short walk from the old city. The view from reception/restaurant areas is beautiful, with plenty of space for sitting outside of the bedroom. The bed was comfortable, the room clean, the shower very good. Breakfast standard buffet. The indoor pool is small but good.

We arrived in high winds and were unable to enjoy swimming in the sea or the hotel's outside facilities. We had one good dining experience, and one, in the same restaurant, that was spoiled by food that had been badly cooked and left waiting too long, and poor service in dealing with this issue. The room although basically sound, needed a refurb; a few chips and fraying edges. The 'well-oiled machine' did not cope well with issues as above. Our chief complaint is this: Our plane was unable to land due to high wind, and instead of arriving at 7pm in time for dinner on our first night, we were diverted to Zagreb, kept waiting at the airport and then had a 10 hour coach journey through the night to arrive at the hotel in Dubrovnik. Not the hotel's problem - except that I'd say 'hospitality' includes care for your guests. I kept the hotel informed of our progress. We knew we would miss the first night's stay, and were resigned to that. As we neared the city, I phoned the hotel and asked that we might have some breakfast on arrival - having travelled all night without proper food or comfort. Apparently, this was impossible. We arrived at 11.30 am and breakfast finished at 11 am. Impossible for this efficient hospitality machine to send hot coffee and a few pastries to our room to help us recover from our ordeal. Processing numbers is the game, not caring for your guests. Very, very disappointing at £250 a night, supposedly 5 star rates. We would not return or recommend the hotel.

Clean rooms, delicious food, friendly staff, and perfect location — walking distance to the Old City

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent stay! The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and cleaned with great attention to detail. The meals were carefully prepared and truly delicious. The location was also perfect — so close to the Old City that we didn’t even need to take a taxi. We felt completely comfortable and at home. Definitely a place we would love to stay again!

I absolutely loved my stay at Ricxos Premier in Dubrovnik! The breakfast was delicious with a great selection, and the location turned out to be really good for getting around. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always making me feel welcome. The room was amazing — modern, spotless, and very comfortable — and the facilities were great too. Totally loved it and would 100% stay here again!

Very plesant, kinda expensive.

The staff was excellent, especially the people at breakfast and dinner. They were very friendly, accommodating and professional. Our 7 months old baby boy Edward loved them all so much!

I expected some drinks to be included at the buffet dinner, but instead we payed 6.50€ for a liter of water.

Loved the hotel, facilities, location & views. Food and drink unreasonably priced but will return.

Very comfortable room, with good size balcony and great view. The shower was over the bath and it is a very deep bath. Good water pressure, but would have preferred a walk-in shower option. The room was very clean with everything we needed and a good size. There was a good selection at breakfast which was buffet style, though the option for poached egg would be nice. Staff were very helpful, polite and attentive in the hotel and at breakfast. The spa facility is great and opening hours are very accommodating. Great location, just a short bus ride from the Old Town. Would really recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

The hotel was very clean, but there was a funny smell like cigars as you went passed the cleaners cupboards down the corridor which was a little off putting. There is not much selection for food around the hotel / pool during the day and the prices are very high for what is available, meaning we had to leave the hotel for a reasonable lunch / snack options when we would have preferred to stay relaxing. Evening meals and the bar are also very overly priced which was a shame, meaning we went out every evening rather than the opportunity to enjoy the hotel bar and entertainment, however we got to enjoy many good restaurants and bars in the Old Town. We expect it to not be cheap but felt they were very overly priced and couldn't justify it. Staff around the outdoor pool / deck area were not as polite, friendly and attentive as the rest of the hotel and ordering anything in this area felt difficult. There was no separation of queues for check-in / checkout which meant we waited quite a while to check out with the check-in process being more lengthy.

We had an amazing stay at Rixos Premium Dubrovnik. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome and taken care of. The hotel’s recent upgrades are stunning, the atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, and the views are breathtaking. We especially enjoyed the variety and quality of the food, as well as the spa and pool area which made our stay even more special. Everything was perfectly tailored for a memorable getaway with my wife – we can’t wait to return!

Excellent experience

The property is in an excellent location, with an extraordinary view and spacious rooms. The food is also outstanding. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets are high quality and offer a wide variety of dishes. Additionally, the dinner we had at the seafood restaurant was truly top-notch in terms of both atmosphere and taste. I should also mention the soundproofing of the rooms—it was really impressive, making it ideal for a quiet and comfortable sleep. Its proximity to the city center is another great advantage, and of course, the kindness and helpfulness of the staff made the stay even more enjoyable.

Lovely but not 5*

Food was amazing even the evening buffets were outstanding. Service in the restaurants was great- very attentive and polite. Very open to feedback - actively encouraged it.

Pool area- crowded and had to get up very early to get a bed. Outsiders coming in to the facilities and using the sub beds very visibly and nothing done unless requested. Gym- had to complain about lack of towels, water and kids being in there. They did however remedy the situation quickly. Room cleaning was average - often did not clear the terrace area.

Unforgettable.

This hotel is just perfect. The breakfast buffet is unlike anything I've ever seen before. The views are unbeatable. The room is spacious and clean. The staff are very kind. Every time i come to Dubrovnik, I will stay here.

Beautiful but way overpriced

Beautiful but way too expensive compared to similar options in town.

Burgers at the pool were 33 euros and cocktails around 20. That’s insane, given that even in Old Town, same type cocktails were 12-15.

It was simply amazing. All the facilites, service and staff were great. Especially Erkan, Uğur as management, Saira as the front desk and Ravin in the kitchen were making all the experience especially special.

Lovely hotel within walking distance of the old town.

Location was great, a 15 min walk to the old town. We were up graded to a lovely room, very comfortable all in all. Would have liked to stay for longer, as the hotel facilities and sea front looked inviting. Staff were helpful and friendly.
