Fell in Love with This Place - We'll Be Back!

Everything about the place and the room was absolutely perfect. It’s conveniently located near the main bus station, and you can easily take a city bus to the Old Town — just a 10-minute ride away. The owners were incredibly kind and offered wonderful hospitality. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!

There was absolutely nothing to dislike about the place! The only thing we regret is not being able to stay longer.

Really good experience

Perfect apartment to stay for a short trip to dubrovnik with great facilities and kind hosts. Nice patio / terrace and apartment is tucked away from the road so cannot hear traffic. Bus stop is very close to accommodation and a short 5 / 10 minute bus ride to old town. Would recommend staying outside old town as nice and quiet in the evening

Fantastic Stay

Spacious, clean, big bed, lovely kitchen, and many more. All the amenities that you need are in this apartment. I wish all apartments are like this one. The host is the best person you will ever meet and makes sure you are happy and have a great vacation. I had a very relaxed and calm stay here and I will definitely visit this place again. The host explained everything about the city and where to go and all. Thank you!

Clean and comfortable. Quiet location and had a car parking space. Near public transport to Old Town

If you want a nice view and intend to stay a long time in the room it might be a bit congested. But if you intend to visit sites it won’t be a problem

Lovely apartment

The apartment is very nice, it's round the corner from the harbour and the bus stops are near by making it very accessible to get around (bus to old town every 10 mins throughout the day). The hosts were lovely and left lots of tea/ coffee/ snacks in the fridge which were most welcome when we arrived after a long delayed flight. Highly recommended 😄

Excellent location and value for money accommodation.

The apartment was exactly as the pictures and described. The terrace provided a lovely area to enjoy breakfast, with bakers and a supermarket very close by. Snježana was an excellent host, and on meeting us provided many recommendations which are included in a useful booklet in the apartment, along with a free map of Dubrovnik to help us get around. The apartment is in an excellent location in easy reach of all areas of the city. Everything is in walking distance but very easy to use public buses and plenty of taxis if you prefer. Overall excellent value for money and would definitely use again if we return to Dubrovnik.

Clean and tidy, well-equipped, quiet, the landlord is very nice, the location is also very good, close to the supermarket market, it only takes 16 minutes to walk to Sunset Beach. The bus stop is nearby, and it is also convenient to the old town. If you don't take the bus, you can take a taxi to the old town for only 6 euros

Cute and clean little apartment with a great host, perfect for a stay in Dubrovnik

The apartment’s location is great, away from the (expensive) old town which can still be reached within 10 min by a bus which stops just a few minutes of walking. The apartment had lots of little nice facilities like q-tips, band aids, beach towels, blankets, fruit and beer. The outside area had lots of shade during the day and was great. The owner was really sweet, had many tips to share for the city and was always available.

Great host and super apartment: recommended Dubrovnik hospitality

Super host: helpful with advices and all was needed during our stay. They did even put chocolate Ferrero candies on the bed to welcome us. New apartment with terrace and brand new facilities. Small bathroom but super new. Ground floor with free parking

Amazing! You should visit it.

The hosts were great! Both very responsive and open for all questions. The place is incredible, totally new and the facilities very comfortable. As per the location, it cannot be better. The apartment is walking distance from the port / bus station and also it has a public transportation stop in front of the place to move around the city or go to the downtown (line 6). It is close to a supermarket, coffee shop and walking distance of Taj Mahal restaurant, awarded with a Michelin Star (Hotel Lero location)

Stay Enjoy at good Place but bad bed!

Good house, the staff is very cordially, the position is good, the house have all that you need, the host give us also a little necessary for breakfast some tea coffe, juice and more. the bathroom is very big. the problem is the bed.

the bed is not confortable, in the information tell that have a double Bed, but it is sofà bed with small mattress, in 6 days my back is out.

The location of apartment Room Pajalo is perfect. Not so far from Gruž port, main bus station (we used shuttle bus from DBV airport), beaches and restaurants. The interior of the apartments was new, fresh and clean. But the most important thing - the kindness of the hosts. The hosts was very, very, very friendly and nice to us. They gave us all the information what we needed and even helped with transportation services. And the homemade "cherry" tasted wonderful! ;) So exotic for us (we are from Baltics) was garden with lemon trees, pomegranates etc.

The owners were super kind! help us with tips and exolained hiw did the public trabsport worked. In the laat day we asked how to get to the airport transfer bus stop and they took us by car!! It was perfect! nothing to complain about

Location is okay, 15 min to the beach and 5 ish min to the bus to old town. The apartment is ne and it has everything you need and more in its small space.

The apartment is located in the first floor of an apartment building so you hear everything both outside and from the stairwell. You sleep on a sofa bed.

Є абсолютно все і навіть більше ніж потрібно для приготування їжі. Дуже мила тераса біля входу. Є пральна машина що дуже зручно. Велика ванна кімната. До моря йти пішки хвилин 25. До старого міста можно доїхати автобусом за 15 хвилин. Дуже приємна господарка. І зручне самостійне прибуття.

Комари, але це не відноситься до апартаментів.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'hôte était très réactive et de très bons conseils. La terrasse est très agréable (je crois qu'elle peut être partagée cependant). L'emplacement permet également de visiter un côté moins touristique de Dubrovnik La chambre correspond aux photos.

Świetni gospodarze, lokalizacja i jakość

Wybraliśmy to miejsce, bo pasowały nam dwa apartamenty tak, żeby w jednym była kuchnia (dwie pary). Gospodarze są przemili i na prawdę gościnni, pozwolili zostawić nam bagaże rano, a i tak kilka godzin przed rozpoczęciem doby zaprosili nas już do zameldowania. Dostaliśmy przydatne i szczegółowe info, o tym co warto zobaczyć, gdzie warto zjeść, kontakt z właścicielami super. Otrzymaliśmy nawet domową oliwę oraz przepyszne warzywa z ogródka :) w apartamencie znaleźliśmy wszystko, co tylko może być potrzebne. Jest czysto, kilka razy w trakcie tygodniowego pobytu byliśmy pytani o to, czy potrzebujemy świeże ręczniki. Na tarasie jest też miejsce na grilla, co bardzo się nam przydało. Super lokalizacja, blisko do przystanków autobusowych, 13 min do świetnej plaży, blisko sklepy i port. Bardzo polecam to miejsce :)

Magnifique séjour

Tout était parfait. L accueil ,la gentillesse des propriétaires. L appartement était d une propreté irréprochable. Literie confortable. Arrêt de bus pour la vieille ville est à 2 min à pied . A 10 min de la plage de Lapad . À 15 min en bus de là vielle ville avec le bus numéro 6. Lapad est un chouette quartier avec de nombreux bars et restaurants beaucoup moins cher qu au centre ville.

広くて清潔で快適だった。夜は静か。旧市街へのバス停も近く、徒歩でも30分ほどで行ける。徒歩15分ほどでビーチあり。オーナーさんは感じ良く、オンラインチャットでの返事も早くて安心して滞在できた。旧市街だと観光客が多いので、喧騒を離れこのエリアで静かに過ごせたのが良かった。近くにスーパーマーケットやレストランやパン屋もあり。キッチン付きなので、気分に合わせて外食か自炊を選べたのも良かった。

Coup de cœur Dubrovnick

Tout était parfait ! Grand Studio avec une très jolie décoration et très propre . On y est comme à la maison ! Emplacement calme et à 30mn à pied de la vieille ville de Dubrovnick. Depart Sentier maritime magnifique à quelques minutes de la location. L hote est très gentille et l échange par message est bienveillant et très rapide. Un coup de cœur ! N hesitez pas à y aller les yeux fermés!

Ljubazna domaćica, jako čisto i uredno. Odlična lokacija blizu autobusne stanice, čak dovoljno blizu za odlazak do Grada pješice. Mirna terasa i osiguran parking. Preporuke.

Chambre très confortable à 15min du centre

Très belle petite chambre, literie et grandes serviettes de bain très confortables et le gros point positif c'est l'obscurité la nuit grâce aux volets et rideaux occultant, assez rare à trouver! Petite salle de bain mais très fonctionnelle, propre et douche à l'italienne agréable. La terrasse partagée avec l'autre chambre, très bien entretenue, fleurie et avec tapis/haltères de sport était aussi un gros plus! Emplacement dans une zone résidentielle calme avec le bus ligne 6 à 3min à pieds qui rejoint le centre en 15min ! Les propriétaires ont été très gentils et nous ont permis de laisser nos valises le dernier jour après le check-out avant de quitter la ville.

Chambre légèrement petite mais on le savait et cela ne nous a pas dérangé !
