Cosy little spot

It’s cute and cosy! Had beautiful gardens surrounding it & even a little spot to sit outside on the sunnier days. Has absolutely everything you could need and the perfect location for all things you’ll want to explore in Dubrovnik. Host was very helpful In sending information of how to find the home- I really loved it here

There’s some construction going on nearby so it’s quite nosey in a morning- bring your ear plugs if you want to sleep in. It’s very dark at night! Quite difficult to find in an evening

A “Survival Camp” Disguised as Accommodation

If you enjoy being micromanaged by endless house rules and surprise visits from the host, congratulations—you’ve found the right place. The room? Outdated facilities that feel more like a museum piece than a livable space. Hygiene? Let’s just say it’s an immersive test of your immune system.

Highlights: Mosquito paradise (I’m still scratching 10 days later—entomology students would love it). Hot water rationing system: one person can shower, the other must meditate for an hour before it resets. Plenty of nearby options at the same price that don’t feel like a punishment. In short: come here if you’re training for a reality survival show. Otherwise, spend your money elsewhere.

The pergola was beautiful. Bed was incredibly comfortable and air con was brilliant. The apartment had everything you needed for a week’s stay.

The shower head wasn’t secured very well but that’s literally the only thing I have to say on this.

Loved all the facilities in the apartment. My partner and I stayed there for a week and had everything to cook meals and feel right at home. Host made check in easy and easy walk to the beach or into town. Loved everything! 10/10

Lovely vacation apartment for a short stay!

Perfect for the two days I was in Dubrovnik. It was located in a quiet, safe area and good value for the price. The host was also very kind and attentive.

The nearest bus stop was a bit far and there’s quite a lot of steps/hills leading to the apartment but honestly this is not too much of an issue as long as you don’t have any mobility issues.

Everything was great! The host is an incredibly friendly and kind woman. The location is excellent — close to two large beaches and convenient for getting around. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our time there!

I loved it and enjoyed every second I spent in the property!

It was lovely! Clean, lots of space to store clothes and other luggage, well equipped, the terrace was wonderful - many plants, space for both breakfast and sunbathing. We felt like a part of the ‘community’ while still having much privacy. Bus stops are nearby, but walking to the old town was so much fun, great views along the way.

Everything was great, it’s an awesome place to stay at! Would only suggest a dehumidifier to keep in the room as the air is very moist.

Short couple getaway

The host was pleasant to deal with, the room was clean and had everything we needed. Also, the location was great, close to town and Lapad beaches.

The pillows weren’t good, not comfortable at all to get a good night sleep. I didn’t like the security camera pointing on the little terrace we had outside the room.

great place to stay

We really liked the location, not too long from the old town, and plenty of beaches/restaurants/supermarkets near the property. The garden area was also really lovely, it felt private and comfortable. wasn’t much noise during the evening/night which was lovely. The room was really easy to cool down with the aircon which was great.

there is not much natural light inside the property, and we found the lights inside to be quite dim. We sometimes found it chilly during the night as the duvet cover was just a sheet, even with blankets.

Cosy and clean apartment, with a nice little garden (look for the turtoises), and very helpful staff.

If you are on a business trip and will need invoice for your company's name including tax number, prepare for a longer correspondence. Eventually there will be an invoice that looks like the one you need, though.

Clean but basic

Even though the apartment is dingy and shabby, it is clean. The garden is pretty although not very private.

The apartment is very dark and dingy, you have to have all the lights on even in daytime. Everything is old and shabby. Very basic pots and cutlery, not really adequate if you are planning to cook at home. The mattress was awful - broken, springs jabbing into you, made a terrible noise when you move... just horrid. I left after two nights because I couldn't sleep there. To be fair to the host, I did not give them a chance to fix it, I just found a new apartment. So maybe they would have done something.

Amazed by the garden!

The garden, you will find everything there, starting from tomatoes, nectarine to plants etc. Liked the fact that you have sink outside, you can have a lunch there, well furnished! The room is cute🥰 For me location was very convenient, near the port

It was the first time I did not see hand soap/ shampoo and shower gel in a accommodation. Please bring it with you, if you don’t want to get dissappinted for a moment like me. If you are sensitive to noises, you might get bothere by the noise coming from outside 24 hours, there must be big air-conditioning in the back building, not sure what it is but be ready

Absolutly fantastic

Everything we needed was there or was provided by great hosts of these apartments. Room was clean, cozy and very quite once the door is closed. Coffee machine, kettle and a fridge were very useful. Also the garden is absolutly beautiful and sets the right vacation mood. Also small terrass is very comfortable for having your meal or chilling in the evening. Last but not least, location is very convinient, as there are several buses in less than 10 minutes away and really less stairs than we expected.

great place in Dubrovnik

Lovely property and very clean and comfortable room. The seating area outside the room was also great and pretty much all shaded which was great. Antonela and her mother were very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed, including an iron and ironing board. One of the mornings they had left a bowl of fresh cherries for me which was a really nice touch (delicious too!)

I was get allergic with something and all pharmacy closed already at night the host helped us out and always asking how im feeling. So i would recommend to everyone to stay here. Best place price-quality to stay in Dubrovnik

There is nothing negative to say about this place. You get excellent quality for the price you pay. Very quiet place to rest peacefully, surrounded by their allotment, garden, plants, extra beautiful. Great room with all facilities (kitchen fully equipped, washing machine, iron, extra space for storage, etc). The hosts are super nice, they left us grapes from their allotment, they also lent us some umbrellas as the forecast said it was going to rain. Great attention to detail. It was super easy to park for us down the road.

The only thing I would say is that the apartment lacks a bit of natural light during the daytime BUT as we were most of the time out and about it didn't really matter. Also, we cooked some meals and ate outside at the terrace. The other negative comment it is that outside is full of mosquitoes. September is high season and since the apartment is surrounded by nature, that's normal. I am very prone to get bit by mosquitoes hehe so I sprayed myself before getting out (note: inside the room the hosts left mosquitos plugs so another good thing to mention about the acommodation).
