Best place to stay in Dubrovnik

The room was beautiful the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and nice. The location was the best part. Probably within 500 meters of old town, a beautiful restaurant less than 100 meters. A secluded beach (stony ) just down a path. The view out my window was incredible. The best part though were the hosts. They were both so concerned about my well being and made sure I knew to contact them for anything. Ill definitely return.

Fantastic stay in the best location in Dubrovnik!

Our host could not have been more helpful. Plenty of tips about Dubrovnik, even a history lesson on the way to the airport. Brilliant location, a short stroll from the Old Town. Super comfortable room and bed, with all the extras. You can’t go wrong staying here.

Lovely stay in Dubrovnik

The hotel owner and manager Mr. Livio and his wife Marilyn were extremely good. Marilyn was very good over text in answering all our queries and guiding us until we reached. We had engaged the Hotel for Airport pick up. Livio came to pick us up very late at night, brought us to the facility, explained us everything, spoke very kindly and made us feel at home. The hotel room, facilities was very good, immaculately clean, all facilities as mentioned on the website and the feel of room was nice, easy and felt safe. Location was extremely good. This Hotel is just outside the walls which was very good from logistics and easyness point of view (no climbing of stairs) Would recommend all travelers to Dubrovnik to check this properly.

Awesome stay!

Location is perfect, hosts are very friendly, ready to help. They know city very well and gave some useful advices. Room itself is comfortable, nice and clean. No problems with TV or internet, fridge is good. If you are lightsleeper, then you might have some issues, since the building is old and you might hear some other people in building, but for us it was acceptable.

Exceptional

The rooms are perfectly located with easy access to the old town. There are a couple of excellent bakeries nearby and a supermarket. The room has a fridge and the beautiful views can be seen from the window and shared veranda. We had most contact with Livio who not only helped with the transfers but also was invaluable when our flight was cancelled.

Very good and a great price

It was in a great location and saved us time and money being so close to the old town, and the owners whom we met were very helpful and friendly would definitely stay again should we go back to the city.

Very good

The apartment is quite large, well-equipped and very clean. The terrace covered in wine grapes offers an excellent view, so does the bedroom. The owners prepared the apartment according to our wishes and we were cordially received.

I usually woke up shortly past 6 am because of noisy cars on the parking lot in front of the apartment.

The location is excelent. Near the city walls but on a quiet street. Easy to reach walking all main sites. The owner is a nice person, he helped us with our luggage.

The most outstandingly kind people, our flight was diverted so we arrived exhausted at 5am and Livio was there to guide us to our room and let us sleep. perfect hosts, we will be back asap!

My stay was just perfect. The communication with Marilyn and Livio worked perfect from the beginning. I got all informations before my arrival and Livio fetched me from the airport and also dropped me at the bus station after check out. I stayed in a small, very clean room with the best location in town. My stay was really amazing. Thanks Marilyn and Livio for being such gorgeous hosts.

Perfect for stay in Dubrovnik

wonderful apartment, small, but comfortable, with microwave, fridge, freezer and what else you need to cook. Wifi and aircon very efficient. Notice just two bedrooms and no living space, so for that you have to use the very nice patio, which is great, with a view of the city, with overhanging vines, sun until 11am, shade during the day and a lamp in the evening. Apartment is very quiet, in an old house in a peaceful location, just outside the old town with supermarkets and bakeries nearby. 2 minutes walk to the lovely little town beach which is great to swim from, or 10 min. to another good swimming spot. Shutters make the rooms very dark for sleeping. Great view from one bedroom window. Perfect location for everything.

Nothing, just be aware that the kitchen area is very small, and you can only really spend time in the bedrooms or on the patio.

Perfect location, lovely host, clean, convenient room

We stayed in the room, not the apartment. The location is excellent, literally just outside of the old city walls at Pile gate. This meant that it was minutes away from everything you could want but also much more peaceful as it wasn’t squeezed into the narrow passageways in the old town. There was a lovely beach about 2 minutes walk from the property too. The host was very helpful and arranged for our bags to be kept safe after check out and took us to the airport later on for a fair price.

The room isn’t massive but this isn’t an issue in my opinion as we only really used the room for sleeping given it’s excellent location.

Lovely stay at Room Lukre

What I most liked about the location was how everything was close by in terms of convenience stores, restaurants, buses. It is a five minute walk to the Old Town, so far enough away not to be in the throng but easy walking distance to the attractions and Pile Gate, the main entrance to the Old Town. The room is located in a building that also houses permanent residents. The room and bathroom is small and most suited for up to 2 adults. There was a nice share terrace with lovely views. The room had the basics in terms of kettle, tea (no coffee) and bar fridge and air conditioning , a decent size wardrobe, small desk and stool and the WiFi worked in the room and out on the terrace. A very comfortable bed. And good shower. We stayed in the room but there is also an apartment with kitchen that has a private terrace on the ocean side of the building that I would definitely book next time. The owners are very friendly and really helpful with general information, assistance with our bags and transport to the airport on departure (same price as a taxi but more convenient).

Greatest place in Dubrovnik

Great location, comfortable apartment with all facilities. Very very clean. Great hospitality. An almost private beach is right under the place!

Parking is not an option. Advised to arrive with no car. It was our luck that the owner gave us his parking lot for about 20 euros.

La stanza era pulitissima, e abbastanza fornita. Ci hanno anche offerto dei teli mare. Ottima la posizione, abbiamo potuto fare tutto a piedi. Non abbiamo avuto alcun tipo di problema, anche la comunicazione con lo staff è stata efficiente e tempestiva

Forse aggiungerei magari dei prodotti da bagno, come shampoo.
