Impressed with everything, the staff are Deaf friendly and actually go out of their way to communicate clearly. Breakfast is excellent too.

Excellent location just off the high street and main attractions . However if you are wanting a view there is no view from the rooms as it is in the side street. The staff were friendly and were professional in all areas. They maintained a clean room and clean bedding. Good selection of breakfast and offered alternatives to the menu when requested. The WiFi worked well. Rooms were over 2 floors and no lift, this was no problem for ourselves but is mentioned for anyone less infirm. There was no bar area in the hotel and no tea or coffee making facilities , the hotel would benefit from this alternative option especially when the hotel reception closed in an afternoon on weekdays and earlier at the weekend. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Small but clean and cozy hotel in Old Town close to the entrance of the Pile fate. High recommend.

This is an excellent centrally located small property for a few days in Dubrovnik. The rooms are modern, clean and nice sized. Breakfast is ample, coffee is great and the service smooth. There is no lift, you have to walk with your luggage (or get a porter) from Pile Gate. But these are minor compared to being able to pop back to the hotel whilst visiting the small city. There is no reception area to relax, get a coffee or cold drink; but this is a very small 'functional' hotel - not a resort.
