The location was absolutely 10/10. The rooms were very comfortable with lovely windows. Hosts always at the door and very friendly.

Bathroom space slightly small, but that was known when booking so no real issue

Room itself was very nice and perfect for solo traveler, my room was on 4th floor so a bit tired sometimes

Toilet was not technically toilet in terms of space( super tiny and smelly) and hygiene itself - most guests didnt know how to flush the toilet so there should have put some instruction or any details on it, additionally no shower host and no proper shelf to leave stuff and i cant even turn around to wash properly cause it s too tiny for chubby person

The staff were excellent. Iva, Donna and Wanda were super nice and accommodating.

The bathroom was not the best.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Dubrovnik Old Town. It was extremely convenient for exploring the city, with restaurants, attractions and everything I needed just a short walk away. The location was by far the best part of the stay.

The biggest issue was the air conditioning. When I arrived, the temperature display showed 45°C, and despite leaving the large AC unit running continuously throughout my four-night stay, the room generally remained between 27°C and 31°C. The room stayed very hot and humid, to the point that even after showering I still felt uncomfortable and sticky. Cleanliness was also disappointing, particularly in the shared bathroom and toilet. The shower area did not drain particularly well, so the floor was often wet, and in the evenings the hot water sometimes ran out. The room itself also did not appear to be cleaned or vacuumed regularly, and very few towels were provided for a four-night stay.
