Stunning views!

The view from the room was unreal! We didn't meet the hosts, but the check-in and out, was very simple. The value of the room was also really good, especially considering the location in the old town. The bed was very comfy, and the room was very quiet at night. Thanks for a lovely stay in Dubrovnik :)

The place is located in old town with a beautiful view from the room. It was clean and nice, very easy access and on point instructions to get there and to use anything. The host was nice and helped us when needed. I highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect. It’s an apartment with several rooms, but they are all very independent, and we never heard any noise from the other rooms. The apartment is located right in the Old Town, with all the amenities, very clean, and with beautiful views from the windows. We stayed only two nights, and they cleaned the room on the second day. Great communication with the host. Totally recommended. As mentioned in the apartment description, Dubrovnik’s Old Town is all about stairs, so if you don’t want to climb quite a lot of steps, consider staying in another area. We absolutely loved it!!!

Beautiful place to stay!

Beautiful rustic feel, lovely and clean! Had all the facilities bar shampoo and conditioner so bring your own. Tea and coffee were topped up daily which was fabulous! If you aren’t able bodied, I wouldn’t recommend here as the steps up are a lot! But so worth it! Views were incredible from our room on the top floor.

Cozy rustic place to enjoy your stay at the old town

Location is very central in old town with everything within 5 mins of walking distance. This is in old town so you get to live and be in the UNESCO heritage city. The room itself has the rustic charm and cozy with good facilities. Host were very responsive to my questions.

There is no breakfast available at the property so you need to make prior arrangements or go down on to the main street to have something.

Enjoyable, ideal location, would recommend.

The owners sent clear instructions how to reach the property which was welcome. We stayed in Room 3 (the purple room) which was just like the pictures on the website. When we arrived there were no towels, but there were contact numbers for the owners so a quick Whatsapp later, we got some from a nearby cupboard. There were a lot of stairs/steps but after 3 days in Dubrovnik, we got used to it! We were on the 'middle' floor so didn't have much of a view, but the street was very quiet and well located to access the restaurants and shops and Pile Gate. All in all, a lovely stay in Dubrovnik.

The bed needs a topper as the mattress is quite firm, and I was glad I'd taken my earplugs as there wasn't much soundproofing between the rooms - the guest(s) upstairs liked to stomp around.

Lovely room with a beautiful view, all the amenities you could need

The place is lovely. There is a LOT of stairs involved - in the city as well as in the building itself, but we knew that in advance. However, the room (we had the topmost room) and the view from the windows is superb, and everything else was great too, we had everything we needed. There is a fridge and kettle in the room, and a supermarket is close, so you can buy, store and prepare smaller snacks in the room. It is easy to get there and check in, the hosts provide comprehensive instructions in advance, and we appreciated being able to leave our luggage after check-out so we could keep exploring the town.

Only small thing was that when it was raining - and it unfortunately did rain heavily during our stay - water was getting in through the closed window, but given this is an old building, it was an exceptionally heavy rain and we saw that water was getting in through windows in other buildings as well (in a museum!) I think it is just part of the experience. However be careful about leaving stuff under the windows and on the windowsill when it's raining.

Beautiful, central location with nice little details

It’s true that you have to get through lots of stairs to arrive at the hotel and it might be tight and tiring, but the place and the view are so worth it! Beautiful rooms, with amazing views and very nice details such as tea/coffee and cotton pads in the bathroom. My room was ready before check in once I informed the hosts of my arrival time, giving me more time to explore and enjoy the city of Dubrovnik:) Hosts were very informative and responsive, happy to help if you had any questions. I would definitely recommend if you are up for the challenge, the location is quite central so everything is close.

I think the fact that you didn’t have the option to opt out of daily cleaning.

Hotel with 300 yrs old history

I like the location of the property and the host shared the 300 year history of it, which made us happier and excited to be staying in the place.

Charming apartment

Love being in the old city. The apartment itself is very quaint.

Water leaking from the bathroom above onto one of our beds. The key key locked entrance door is a bit of a safety issue. Very tricky to open dreaded to think what it would be like in a fire.

Good stay!

This is a good place if you want to be inside of the old town walls. Historic center is tiny, so you will reach at any place quickly (after going up and down some stairs - as it is common in Dubrovnik). Place is funcional, clean, and the owner is helpful.

Staying in a historic building really added to the stay in the old city.

Great location. Very clean room and bathroom. It was perfect husband and I for a few days stay and when you leave your legs will be toned, it was great, no need for gym. Would highly recommend.

On the whole we enjoyed the stay it was only 4 nights - prob would not have wanted to stay any longer .

For the type of holiday we were having it was suitable great position and great directions given to us .

Towels need renewing - lots of bugs in the shower - drain flies 🫤 didn’t see any staff but cleaning was not the best .

A perfect quiet guesthouse high up in the old town, we loved our stay here.

The location was perfect, nestled in the old town in a quiet street. One of our rooms was in the eaves and had a great view of the old city in two directions. There was a good view from the room below as well. Both rooms were prettily furnished with very comfortable beds and nice en suite bathrooms and plenty of space. The air con in our rooms was really effective and was needed because of the weather. We were really pleased we chose this lovely accommodation. It was easy to get to all parts of the old town from here and walkable to Banje Beach.
