Absolutely lovely rooms! Perfect location in the Old Town. So magic. What fond memories.

Very central location. The male staff member on reception was fantastic, gave us recommendations on where to go, what to see and do and where to eat. Our room was well equipped with everything we needed and was very clean. I was also celebrating my birthday whilst there and was left a bottle of cava in the room which was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend staying here and I myself would return in the future

The room was exactly like the pictures! The air conditioner worked great-it was very hot when we were there. Loved the location. The gentleman that helped us when we checked in was so kind-he carried our bags up the remainder of the steps and to our room (up more steps).

MIRELA is an Angel! She was so great with communication, setting up my ride from the airport, meeting me at thetaxi stand and walking me into the Old Town so I was never lost or confused. This whole experience was AMAZING. I cannot recommend this property enough. I am pretty picky when it comes to cleanliness, space, and temperature while I am travelling. This was a wonderful experience in every sense. The room was lovely, the bathroom was HUGE with lots of counter space, and I controlled the temperature at all times. A/C worked great! The area was VERY quiet at all times of the day so it was easy to escape the noise of the Old Town, even during the height of cruise passengers. It is very close to everything you want to see, and great places to eat. When I arrived Mirela sat down with me and showed me a map of Old Town. I didn't come with a sure plan for each day (other than a walking tour), so she helped me make a plan for pretty much my entire stay. This was very unexpected and is WAY above and beyond what I would expect from a hotel/property. I just cannot say enough good things about how welcome she made me feel and how excited I was for my trip after she helped me so much. I had a wonderful time, took most of her suggestions, and just thoroughly enjoyed myself for 4 days. Mirela is highly attentive to any and all questions and needs. I asked for a towel to go visit Lokrum and one appeared at my door within minutes. EVERYTHING I asked was answered within minutes. Best experience I have had a property in a long time.

The stairs. There are quite a few, expecially with luggage. BUT there are stairs everywhere in Dubrovnik, so it should not be a deterrent for staying at this property. And honestly, the stairs meant the location is nice and quiet at night for sleeping AND during the day for naps. I also just remembered the window leaks when it rains. I was in room 2 at the Little Palace building. There was a huge storm one night and the floor under the window had a puddle (window was closed, yes). I forgot to mention this to the property manager though. Probably an easy fix.
