Couldn’t have asked for more.

The location was excellent, the apartment was modern clean and stylish. Very comfortable and we would definitely stay here again. Whilst we only stayed for two nights, the apartment is definitely set up brilliantly for anybody wanting to stay longer with a well equipped kitchen. If you arrive late, you may struggle to find somewhere to have dinner, but that was more on us not doing our research..

Amazing view and location - picture perfect stay in Dubrovnik. A very special place for a couple

Staying in rooftop apartment had the most incredible view which people would pay a lot of money to have dinner in front of. Lovely terrace with lots of room. Apartment was a great size and location was perfect to wonder into the old town as and when you wanted

Lovely, comfortable and conveniently located apartment

Lovely, comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment. The roof terrace had a bit of a view and the location was convenient right near Fort Lawrence, the Pile gate and a small swimming beach.

The breakfast arrangement is a bit peculiar - a packed breakfast is delivered any time between 7am and 9am which is not conducive to early sightseeing.

Apart from gaining the key, it was a lovely location and apartment.

The location was perfect, the place was decorated very nicely and had everything you might need to use. The patio was well equipped.

The fact that we had to chase you for the code to obtain the key. It was not sent through at 3pm, we didn’t get it to about 3:15. It was hot and we were sitting outside hoping someone would reply to us. I had asked if it would be possible for an earlier arrival and you said you would message if possible, there was nobody in the apartment as we know, as I said we were sitting outside.

Incredible location in quiet area just outside the Pile gate

The location is absolutely ideal and the private terrace offers amazing views, plus it’s a great sunbathing spot. The apartment is quiet and well-appointed. The welcome goodies were a thoughtful touch - we definitely intend to return for an extended visit.

A wonderful apartment in a fantastic location, right on the doorstep of all the attractions and restaurants. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. We had a brilliant stay.

Great vacations

Near the fort Lovrijenac and Beach Šulić, this apartment is perfectly located. Every morning, we really enjoyed having our breakfast on the terrace, picking some ripe figs from the tree. It is very calm and can accomodate 2 people (even 4). Kitchen with an oven, a microwave and an electric hob to fix dinner for 4, and a washing machine in the bathroom. This house is a must, we loved this place.

Maybe the meow of the cats, at night. ;-) Just kidding!!! Just a warning, if you don't like stairs don't rent the place (even, don't go to Dubrovnik)

Great location. Somewhat hidden but very next to old town. Big terrace with view to castle and sea. Sunbeds. Rooms very ok although small windows - but you don't need these as big you can go to large terrace. Host communicated via Whatsapp very promptly.

Only problem is parking the car. You either accept price of nearby parking houses (ca 70+ euro a day) or ypu bring it few km away.

Close to Old Town walls. Great outdoor spaces.

Communication was very good with the host company. Their office is not far from the suite and they were very helpful when we needed to adjust our schedule. The "hike" to the apartment includes 27 final stairs when you get to the address, but with that you get the amazing view seen in the pictures.

We mentioned to the hosts that the wifi was very flakey during our stay and they would address it.

The real gem of the Adriatic

The view from the terrace alone should be enough to make you want to stay here. Every single detail has been thought out, drinks in the fridge on arrival, PlayStation, AMAZING outdoor seating/furniture, everything you could possibly need for your trip to Croatia. The location could not be beaten, still in the old town and close enough to enjoy all it has to offer but just far away enough to admire the view at sunset and first thing in the morning. The host is 10/10, so friendly and on hand to answer any questions about Dubrovnik in general, going above and beyond. Further, the neighbours and community surrounding the property make you feel so welcome. Could not recommend enough. Honestly just stay here!!!!!

Excellent property in an ideal location.

Excellent quiet location just outside the city walls, and very close to the Pile Gate. Good terraced area with a view of the walls and the sea. Clean, well-furnished, comfortable and ideal for a couple.

It would have been helpful to have instruction manuals for the appliances. We couldn't use the coffee machine as we could not find the pods locally. Steps up to the property might be a problem for some, but it was fine for us.

Beautiful views in a very convenient location, modern and clean apartment

Location excellent, beautiful view from the terrace. Double glazing means you are not bothered by noise levels. Easy access to old town as just a 4 min walk.

Sadly the terrace shade umbrellas had been blown away a few days before my arrival-so too hot for me to sit there in the daytime. Not being made aware that luggage storage was not possible until after booking.

Nos facilitaron una habitación con un check in adelantado y estaba a muy buena distancia del casco antiguo

Los baños son muy pequeños, uno de los departamentos estaba muy obscuro (parecía cueva) y el de arriba que se suponía que era para 4 adultos tenía el espacio muy limitado y su vista al mar (que promocionan) es mínima. Tratamos de hacer una cancelación porque no cabíamos por el espacio limitado y fue imposible. Dicen que contestaron un mail que nunca recibimos. El trato sumamente impersonal y francamente algo despotas. No volvería

Muy buena opción para una corta escapada a Dubrovnik

Excelente localización. Apartamento recién renovado con una habilitación doble y un amplio sofá cama para hasta dos personas. Dispone de todo lo necesario (nevera, lavadora, secador de pelo…) y todo nuevo, casi a estrenar. Muy buena comunicación con los propietarios/encargados del apartamento. Dos tiendas de conveniencia (mini supermercados) a menos de 5 minutos andando

El colchón de la cama de matrimonio era demasiado blando para nuestro gusto. Al ser un factor muy subjetivo, habrá quien lo encuentre perfecto

La posizione, perfetta. Vicino ad una spiaggetta deliziosa, a pochi metri da porta Pile, ingresso dell'oldTown. Li vicino taxi, servizi pubblici, ufficio turismo, bar, caffè, ristoranti...Abbiamo scelto la mansarda con terrazza...e la terrazza è sicuramente il valore aggiunto dell'appartamento...

Se proprio devo indicare una peccato, la scala x arrivarci...ma niente di complicato.
